I think I had an interesting experience.
First, I noticed I couldn't do anything. I checked steemd.com and found out I was down on RC. At the time, I had most of my SP delegated out so I assumed it was because of my low VP.
I got a delegation from minnowbooster that day in a bid to boost my RC as I needed to submit an entry for a contest that day. Well, although my voting mana jumped to 100, my RC didn't even bulge.
Well, it did get to 100 some 24 hours later. By then, I was overly bored and was sulking at the lost revenue. I think the Blockchain is a bit stable now.
