It looks like some one stole from the steem hard fork

The hard fork took 23 mil STEEM from accounts that were seen to be anti steemit. And sent the money to @community321

It was assumed that this was controlled by steemit and they planned to keep it.

As you can see from the above screenshot it was send to bittrex with a request to return it to the rightful owners.

This brings up a lots of questions.

Did a White hat gain control of the account?

Was the hard fork started by steemit or a whitehat?

Is this a play by steemit, thinking the coin will be returned by bittrex after the uproar is gone?

Is there a white hat with a exploit of the steem and hive blockchain? Can they do this again?
