OUH LA LA !! This is the (almost) Daily Pick of Hidden Snails - edition #9

This post tries to promote French culture, or French speaking authors. Posts do not need to be in French to be promoted.
We have 2 channels on the Forum, meet us there:

• France Culture : Happy to hear about you; and to promote any content written in English or French, as long as it speaks about France of French speaking countries (our friends from Belgique, Luxembourg, Suisse, Quebec, Afrique, …).
• FR : France “Canal Historique”, only for content written in French. Ca parle Francais seulement, et les posts sont uniquement en Francais. (check the rules of the room)

Just a few remarks:
The post about "meditation for your health" in English concerns meditation in general. The second one in French "méditation en marchant" concerns walking meditation and its wording
is different, but of course both deal with the same subject. Thank you again Sebastien for your work for the French community.
