If I had the chance to see something like that, even just once, I'd take it. Glad you did, and captured the evidence also.

Waterfalls here are hit and miss. Depends on rainfall. Up north where it is tropical is seasonal. They have a wet season and a dry season. Usually in the wet season there are some truly spectacular falls. But hard to get to.

There are only a few waterfalls that I've visited that I would consider "easy to get to" haha. This one is a bit of a trek, but the terrain is mostly level with only some moderate inclines.

It's interesting that the waterfalls vary based on the rainfall. That does make sense, of course, but most of these creeks that feed waterfalls like the Cascades are fed by many mountain springs, so I've not noticed many differences between the amounts of water flowing when I've visited it. I'll pay more attention next time.
