Wir leiden unter Burnout, das ist auch der Grund weshalb dieser HiQs Flash verspätet erscheint. Aber jede dunkle Zeit wird irgendwann von einem Lichtstrahl erhellt. Denn auch wenn wir mit der Stirn vor der Wand stehen, versuchen wir weiterhin uns nach vorne zu bewegen. Oft ist es dabei schlau, sich in eine andere Richtung zu drehen. HiQ is changing directions
As already mentioned, the nasty burnout has been our constant companion since 66.666666....% of the core team returned from Mexico. Not only the HiQ, but also CraftInk has robbed us of our sleep and, above all, our sanity at times. As we are suffering from a shortage of manpower and cannot clone ourselves (Editor's note: Or split. That would be cool if that were possible - HiQose. LOOL), we will have to simplify the work on HiQ for us in the future and adapt it to the current manpower.
So far, we've consistently managed to get at least the editorial post, or now the HiQs Flash, out once a week. It even works well. Hence the idea - weekly posts, but completely revamped and with a bit more content. But not overloaded like the HiQ. This means shorter and more readable posts for our fans and less work for us. But still the same quality and stylishness.
In short, HiQ - The Hivestyle Magazine will no longer exist in its current form. When the time comes, we are sure it will be published again, but the lack of writers and helpers for the HiQ project has unfortunately brought us to this point.
"And how does that work now?" We can already see the comments under this post in our mind's eye. Starting next week, we will be publishing the HiQs Flash in two languages on Wednesdays. As before, you might think. But things will be different. As with the HiQ issues, from now on we will be publishing the German version of the HiQs Flash on @hiq and the English version on @hiq.magazine. The @hiq.redaktion account will no longer be used for the time being. Except for reblogs, which we will continue to do with @hiq.redaktion.
So we have no time to be sad. Everything will remain as smart, stylish and sexy as before, just shorter. And you know what our motto is: "Short is always better!" (Editor's note: Always these alienated series quotes. LOOL)
Wie schon gesagt war der fiese Burnout unser ständiger Begleiter seit 66,periode6 % des Kernteams aus Mexiko zurück gekommen ist. Nicht nur die HiQ, sondern auch CraftInk hat uns den Schlaf und vor allem zeitweise auch den Verstand geraubt. Da wir an Arbeitskräftemangel leiden und uns auch nicht klonen können, (Anm. d. R.: Oder teilen. Das wär geil, wenn das ginge - HiQose. LOOL) müssen wir in Zukunft die Arbeit an der HiQ für uns vereinfachen und an die derzeitige Man_*innenpower anpassen.
Bisher haben wir es konsequent durchgezogen, zumindest den Redaktionspost, beziehungsweise jetzt den HiQs Flash einmal pro Woche rauszuhauen. Das funktioniert sogar gut. Daher die Idee - wöchentliche Posts, aber komplett neu aufgezogen und mit ein bisschen mehr Content. Aber nicht überladen wie die HiQ. Das heißt: kürzere und lesbarere Posts für unsere Fans und weniger Arbeit für uns. Aber immer noch dieselbe Qualität und dieselbe Stylischness.
Kurzum, HiQ - Das Hivestyle Magazin wird es in seiner bisherigen Form so erstmal nicht mehr geben. Wenn die Zeit gekommen ist, wird sie wieder erscheinen, da sind wir uns sicher, aber der Mangel an Schreiber und Helfer für das Projekt HiQ hat uns leider zu diesem Punkt gebracht.
"Und wie läuft das jetzt ab?" Wir sehen vor unserem geistigen Auge schon die Kommentare unter diesem Post. Ab nächster Woche werden wir mittwochs den HiQs Flash in zwei Sprachen veröffentlichen. Wie bisher eigentlich, könnte man meinen. Aber es kommt doch anders. Denn wie bei den HiQ Ausgaben werden wir ab jetzt die deutsche Version des HiQs Flash auf @hiq und die englische Version auf @hiq.magazine veröffentlichen. Der Account @hiq.redaktion wird vorerst nicht mehr bespielt. Außer Reblogs, die werden wir weiterhin mit @hiq.redaktion machen.
Es bleibt uns also keine Zeit, um traurig zu sein. Alles bleibt so smart, stylisch und sexy wie bisher, nur halt kürzer. Und ihr wisst ja, was unser Motto ist: "Kurz ist immer besser!" (Anm. d. R.: Immer diese entfremdeten Serienzitate. LOOL)
CiM Season 4 progress report
The fifth season of CiM has 7 groups of 10 players each. The first 8 players of each group will get their rewards in the form of INK and HIQS on Sunday. The group winners will get an INKCEO booster pack on top. Some groups are fighting hard for the pole position. (Editor's note: Maybe we will change the reward distribution a little bit until Sunday. In the last post we made a riddle about the @ibsp1, @ibsp2, ..., @ibsp7 accounts. You should find out what @ibsp stands for. We had a fellow player whose name [@reiseamateur] we are not allowed to mention due to an embargo, but unfortunately his answer was not correct. So you have another chance to guess and the first correct answer will receive a booster pack. As a little tip, think of the CraftInk Lore when you see the letters ib of ibsp. Have fun with the next puzzle.

Wir haben im letzten Post ein Rätsel über die @ibsp1, @ibsp2, ..., @ibsp7 Accounts gemacht. Ihr solltet rausfinden wofür @ibsp steht. Wir hatten zwar einen Mitspiele dessen Namen [@reiseamateur] wir aufgrund eines Embargos nicht nennen dürfen, aber seine Antwort war leider nicht richtig. Ihr habt also erneut die Möglichkeit zu raten und die erste richtige Antwort bekommt ein Boosterpack. Als kleiner Tipp, denkt bei den Buchstaben ib von ibsp an die CraftInk Lore. Viel Spaß beim Weiterknobeln.

Ravenmus1c's Halloween Party Recap
There was also a lot going on at the Hive Space on Halloween. The @ravenmus1c party at the Pizza Discord was a complete success. Not only did Raven give away 2 Rising Star Records there and present them for the first time, in which her own songs can be heard.
