This poem - song, I wrote it some years ago when I was forced to leave my country thanks to the dictatorial regime that today's sun continues to attack more of my Venezuelan brothers. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and I do not know drown in tears as always happens to me .. I do not see the day of returning to my house
I
You left home one day
Determined to travel other worlds
With an empty suitcase
Where I did not know how to keep what I loved
and I could only fill it with dreams
II
Full of all the feeling
What it feels like to leave far from home
And that always accompanies you wherever you go
Chorus
Traveling in the south
I go without a passport or borders
To the dreams that await me out there
Traveling by bus
And although I do not know what awaits me
I have tattooed my flag
Trip to the south
II
You left home one day
Forced to seek progress
And although it's another heaven, you do not forget
The flag that you have tattooed on your soul
I vow to return one day
I do not know how, or what day, but I'm going
Chorus
Traveling in the south
I go without a passport or borders
To the dreams that await me out there
Traveling by bus
And although I do not know what awaits me
I have tattooed my flag
Refilled with good wishes
and he accompanied me to where I was
I left home as someone who does not want, like a leaf that flies and flies, and does not know where it will end up .. recharge my backpack full of dreams, hopes, hope, progress and nostalgia, counting the steps, to pick them up the day that I have to go back ..
Trip to the south
