Good day dear Hive community, first of all I would like to welcome you to my new post and hope you had a great week and a positive start to the weekend! In this post I would like to write something about an interesting topic and hope you can learn something new.
Specifically, I would like to go into the chakra system which is an often underestimated topic and can also be seen as a kind of energy center and the teaching of the chakras was already of great importance with the old alchemists and are also assisted with the 7 primordial forces. It can be assumed that this teaching is already thousands of years old and the word chakra originally comes from Sanskrit and means wheel of light and can also be regarded as points that are able to receive, process and express energies or can also considered as a kind of receiver which is able to receive frequencies and convert them into informations and can also be seen as an antenna for cosmic forces. There are a total of seven main chakras and can also be seen as rotating energy wheels which run on the spine and influence the mental or physical powers and are important for well-being and if this system is out of balance, different blockages and problems can occur. The first of the seven main chakras is also called Root chakra or Muladhara and is also associated with the element earth and it is important to bring the body into a good balance and is also associated with grounding. If this chakra is blocked, it can happen that you feel a feeling of insecurity and your intuition is weakened.
The next chakra is also known as the Sacral chakra or Svadhisthana and it is important to strengthen the emotions and if this chakra is disturbed for some reason it can lead to changes in well-being and the life energy is in a bad state which in turn can lead to depressive moods. The third of the seven main chakras also bears the name Solar plexus chakra or Manipura and is very important for strengthening the inner self and self-confidence and is very important for the development of the own personality. Next comes the Heart chakra or Anahata, which is very important to feel compassion or love and is also often associated with inner warmth or feelings. Chakra number five is called Throat chakra or Vishuddha and is also very important for communication and creativity and if there is a blockage it can be that the mental clarity is limited. The sixth chakra is also linked under the name Third eye chakra or Ajna chakra and is also associated with the third eye and is very important from a spiritual point of view to get in touch with the higher self. It is also often associated with psychic abilities or the sixth sense in and it is important to have higher experiences and can and if you also want to learn more about the pineal gland, I can recommend this post here from me here. The last chakra is also under the name Crown Chakra or Sahasrara and is often associated with enlightenment as well as the connection with higher powers and can help to gain higher knowledge and is also associated with the pineal gland.
