The Miraculous Baby Born from a Pregnant Woman of Choice
In a state of infancy, Jesus has been able to defend the honor of the mother, Maryam.
"I am a servant of God, He gave me the Book and made me a Prophet."
Jesus answered his mother. Yet back then, he was still a baby and still in the mother's arms.
Prophet Isa AS was born into the world from the womb of Maryam, a holy woman who kept God from birth, matured until his death. While Maryam was the only child of Imran and Hannah's couple who was orphaned because Imran died when Hannah was pregnant for several months. According to his vow to God, Hannah handed Maryam to the Prophet Zakaria to take care of the house of God or Baitul Aqsa (Surah Ali Imran: 35-36).
From that moment Maryan was raised by Zechariah, who still has family connections, inhabiting the mosque's mihrab and performing duty as a nurse of the mosque. A job during which only the boys did. During that the needs of Maryam's life is filled with Zacharias, who is old age. One day Zacharias was surprised to see the fruits in Maryam's mihrab, when at that time was not yet the season of fruits.
"O Maryam, where did you get these fruits?" Zakaria asked in a surprised tone.
"From God," Maryam replied.
"Surely he gives sustenance to the one whom he will desire without measure."
This awakened Zacharias that his nephew was not a haphazard woman. He is God's chosen holy woman. Ever since Imran and Hannah were united in marriage, this couple had been chosen by God to give birth to the offspring of the noble. The coveted child was born after the couple got older, and even then after they appealed ceaselessly to God, day and night Hannah prostrate to God with solemnity to be baptized in a boy with vows that his son will be handed over to keep the holy house Baitulmaqdis (Aqsa).
The prayer was finally granted by God, but when Hannah's pregnancy was a few months old, Imran died, at a very old age, Hannah gave birth to a daughter, named Maryam, which means "Servant of God." In accordance with Nazar, Baitulmaqdis before being taken up by the Prophet Zechariah. The presence of little Maryam as if treating the longing of the Prophet Zakaria against the child, after his son, Prophet Yahya, adults and live separately.
Angel Gabriel
One day when Maryam was an adult, she was frightened. While being diligently glorified in the mihrab, a man suddenly was standing in front of him. The problem is that he has never met a man in all ages, except with the prophet Zechariah. Yet when the prophet Zechariah was gone. The man turned out to be the Angel Gabriel. (Surah 16: 17).
"O Maryam, Allah will give you a son, his name is Isa Almasih," said Gabriel. "He is a holy son" (Sura 16:19).
"How can I have children?" Maryam asked Gabriel.
"No man touches me and I am not a prostitute" (Surat 16:20).
"Your Lord has spoken," said Gabriel.
"It is easy for me, we want to make it a sign to mankind and a mercy from us, and that is the decision that has been established." (Surah 16: 21).
As Gabriel's magic unfolded, Maryam became frightened, unable to imagine the reaction of those around her when she found out she was pregnant without a husband. By the will of God, some time later Maryam was pregnant. To avoid gossip from the visitors of the holy house, he left the Baitulmaqdis in Jerusalem, and withdrew to a place far east (Surah 16: 22).
Some interpret Maryam to go to her village, Annashirah.
It was not easy for Maryam to explain her pregnancy to someone else, because they must have suspected that she had committed an act of adultery. All suffering is borne alone. Like her mother used to be. Maryam then more bermunajat into the presence of Allah SWT, please protection, patience, and in order to be given the power of inner birth.
When childbirth is nearing, Maryam leaves her village and walks a step. The dusk that touched the earth did not make him wry, even added the length of his steps until the night before. As soon as his stomach felt, he leaned against a date palm tree, in a tone of pain, he wept.
"If I had died before this, should I have been forgotten and ignored" (Surah 16: 23).
"Do not grieve, your Lord has made a noble one under you," (Sura 16: 24).
By God's will, Isa's baby was born safely. Under the dim light of the star, Maryam embraced her baby with joy. Isa's birthplace in the local language is Bethlehem.
Tired after walking away and the pain of childbirth makes Maryam suffer more. Moreover, the night is getting late and quiet from the human community. "How can you get food?" Suddenly a soft voice whispered in his ear, "Do not be afraid, your god has made a tributary under you, and shake the date palm in your direction, it will fall into the fresh and mature dates. drink and be at ease in your heart. "(Surah 16: 25-26)
Next God says.
"If you look at man, say that you vow will fast to God, therefore, today you will not speak to anyone." (Surah 16: 26).
Furthermore, with the water and fruits of God's gift, Mary regains her physical and spiritual health and strength. She even felt the same body as when she was a virgin. With the body condition that fit back, he also felt his mind ready. So he decided to return home to his village. That means he is also ready to receive public scorn because during that he has been ostracized.
Sure enough, when Maryam got back to her house people flocked to her, as if she were getting a free show. The spectacle is Maryam and her baby, Almasih, the name given by God. Among them there is pity, some are angry, and some are surprised.
'O Maryam, you have indeed committed a heinous act, have a child without a husband, whereas your family is honorable and pious. Where did you get this bad trait? They say in anger (Surah 16: 27-28).
They forget that Adam was presented to the world as a man, for his birth was in heaven, and without the process of a father-mother figure, but from a plot of earth blown with spirit.
Of course Maryam can not answer with that, because their IQ is low so it is not easy to accept his explanation. So he is more silent while pointing to the baby. The point is that they ask Isa directly about the things he wants to know in connection with his birth to the world. Undoubtedly it is considered a mockery. "It's really crazy," they said. "How can a baby speak?" (Sura 16: 29).
Nothing is impossible with God. Upon hearing the insistent blasphemy directed to his mother, Isa's baby in his mother's arms moved slowly to reveal himself to the men. They are surprised because the baby is so beautiful and emits a compelling light.
"I am a servant of God," said baby Isa. "He gave me the Bible, and made me a Prophet" (Sura 16: 30). "He makes me blessed wherever I am. He commanded me to pray and give zakat during my lifetime. "(Surat 16: 31)" He made me to serve my mother, and made me not proud or disobedient "(Sura 16:32). "Congratulate me when I was born, on the day I will die, and on the day I am resurrected to live (again)" (Surah 16: 33).
Surprised the relatives and all who witnessed the baby. The baby has clearly explained himself. He is not a baby at random. Thus her mother must be the god of choice.
The news of Mary's soon-to-be-able baby spread rapidly. Prejudice to Maryam later changed to reverence. There is a direct belief that the baby of the Prophet is what they wait, although there are those who still reject the prophethood of Isa because it considers illegitimate children, and so forth.
