well that thing about friendly Texans didn't work out for us. we've been here for 3 years and haven't met hardly any friends, most people aren't very friendly at all in fact.
that couple that we helped start the business with for instance, we worked our tails off for free and loaned them the money and then they ripped us off and won't pay us a cent and told everyone lies about us.
They aren't doing the business, it was a small joint out in the country.
But Kolaches, I've never heard of them, had to google it. We've talked restaurant business forever with these people, they specialized in desserts but never mentioned those, plus I've never seen it on a menu up here, you sure that's not a Southern Texas thing?
They sound wonderful.
