Howdy sir Blondie! Yes sir about the guns. What amazing is that even when the new cartridge guns came out like the Colt 45 some people kept their ball and cap pistols like Wild Bill Hickok because that's what they'd used all their lives.
As far as that dang tree, I was out there with my axe today working my tail off and only got about 6 ft cut off of two of the main branches. Man, that's brutally hard work! At this rate it will take quite a few days! lol. I don't know how the settlers did it, clearing the trees off the land and building the cabins and all.
