Richard Harrison, better known as "the old man" died yesterday at 77, after a long battle with Parkinson's.

Harrison was the founder of the pawn shop Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, one of the largest and oldest pawn shops in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is the location where the series "the price of history" broadcast by History is filmed. Channel.
The pawnshop is a family business founded by Harrison in 1989, where Richard Harrison aka "The Elder" was living along with 3 other characters: his son Rick Harrison, his grandson Corey Harrison, aka "Big Hoss", and Austin Lee Russell aka "Chumlee" who is Corey's friend since childhood.
As I described in one of my old post, I had the opportunity to visit it a couple of years ago, it is a place full of history which should not be missed when visiting the city of Las Vegas - Nevada, USA.
We hope that Rick along with his son Corey will take over the reins of the pawnshop, and that they have taken along such an important path left by Richard.
