It's a common problem that writers change the story according to their taste. In my opinion it's not a writer fault only to change the story. writer do it by considering audience demand. Audience wants glamour in movies so writer only follow audiences, but true story should be showed be near to reality. Thanks for sharing and keenly reviewed The greatest showman.

Yes, they really cannot put it all in a 90 minute movie and still expect people to watch, so their choices are understandable. We just need to remember their context.
yes it's not possible to put all the stuff in a 90 minutes movie, but some time even writer and director of our territory make unnecessary twist which are even far from reality
