Do people still talk like that lol?! I find some of these funny which reminds me of some insults in our language which is funnier when we hear or say it in our own language rather than in English.

no people generally do not talk like that anymore, that's what makes it funny. do people in your country have funny sayings to insult each other with?
A common one is that we would say "your mom/parents/siblings are gorgeous and beautiful. What happened to you?" This is to insult someone about ugliness.
"When God poured the blessing of beauty/intelligence, you were asleep."
