اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق - خلق الإنسان من علق - اقرأ وربك الأكرم - الذي علم بالقلم

"Recite by (naming) the name of your Lord who created, He has created man from a clot of blood. Read, and your Lord is the Beneficent, Who teaches (human) through intercession. He taught man what he did not know. "(Al-'Alaq, 1-4)
It is Waraqah bin Nauval, the son of Uncle Khadijah bint Khuwailid, a well-known man in Makkah because of the wide knowledge of the divine religions.

سبحان الذي أسرى بعبده ليلا من المسجد الحرام إلى المسجد الأقصى الذي باركنا حوله لنريه من آياتنا إنه هو السميع البصير

"Glory be to Allah who hath ministered His servant one night from the Grand Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque which We have blessed all around him, that We may show him some of Our signs. Verily He is the Hearer and the Seer. "(Al-Isra, 1)
Whereas Mi'raj is his ascension on that night also to the high realms and there is a requirement of five times prayer.

|| The spread of Islam in Medina

And the Messenger of Allah (SAW) did an exit to the Arabic tribes to preach the teachings of Islam to them. Some of them are believers and some remain pagans.
Among those who believe, there are six people from the population of Madinah, which, among others, because of the spread of Islam there.
In the 12th year of prophethood, twelve men from Medina met Rasulullah SAW. Among them were ten from the Aus and two from the Khazraj tribe and then they all believed. And of these twelve, five of them were of their group of six who had believed before.
They wholely baiat before the Prophet not to associate partners with Allah with anything, not to commit theft and not to commit adultery, then return to Medina. They were there with God's help preaching Islam to the people of Medina.
In the 13th year of Prophethood, came to the Prophet Muhammad seventy men and two women of the Arab population of Medina, and they converted to Islam all and made a baiat before the Prophet as the second baiat.
Then they returned to Medina, and by them they spread Islam among the people of Medina widely.

|| Hijrah to Medina

And when the act of harming the Prophet and the Companions and the Muslims increased harder than the Quraysh, so the Prophet ordered the Muslims to do hijra to Madinah and then he was together with Abu Bakr also do hijrah by walking quickly until he was up to to the Tsur Cave.

Inside this Tsur Cave, down revelation from Allah SWT in the form of verse,
إذ يقول لصاحبه لا تحزن إن الله معنا
Which mean,
"... when he said to his companion, 'Do not grieve, Allah is with us'" (At-Taubah, 40)
It was reported that when Rasulullah SAW would sleep in the Cave, Abu Bakr put his head on his knees and while he was sleeping, Abu Bakr saw a hole in the cave wall, so he put his ankle to cover the hole, worried inside the hole was something that hurt the Prophet.
Then Abu Bakr's ankle was stung by the scorpion in the hole, but Abu Bakr, though painful by the sting, did not move his legs, and when the pain culminated, Abu Bakar's tears fell on the cheek of the Prophet.
So he woke up and asked Abu Bakr why he was crying? He replied that he was stung by a scorpion at his feet, so he wiped with his hands in the sick place, and instantly the pain disappeared with the help of Allah SWT.

|| Quba First Mosque

After three nights he and Abu Bakr settled in the cave of Tsur, a guide came to meet him both with two camel tails. So then the three of them went walking towards the city of Medina.
They arrived in the city of Quba on Monday the twelfth of Rabi'ul Awwal. That is the date of hijrahnya Rasulullah SAW to Medina, which later became the beginning of Islamic calendar which starts from the month of Muharram, which is the beginning of the Hijri Year which was based on his hijrah to Madinah.
In this city of Quba, the Prophet established a mosque which by Allah SWT given the nature as a mosque built on the basis of taqwa (to Allah) from since the first day of its construction. ولقد نصركم الله ببدر وأنتم أذلة فاتقوا الله لعلكم تشكرون

"Allah has helped you in the battle of Badr, when ye are (the) weak ones." (Ali Imran, 123)

Ghathafan war occurred in the year 3 hijriah. This war is not so important, but in this war there is a big event. At that time out 450 people from Bani Tsa'labah and Muharib under the leadership of Du'tsur bin Harits Al Muharibi who wanted to invade Madinah. So came the Prophet Muhammad with his troops and fled the enemy to the mountains.
When Prophet Muhammad SAW was resting and sunning his wet clothes while sitting under a tree, Du'tsur suddenly appeared secretly about to kill him while saying:
"Who will protect you, O Muhammad?"
He replied: "Allah Ta'ala."
Then the man was afraid and his sword fell from his hand, then the Prophet Muhammad took it and said: "Who can protect you from me?"
Du'tsur said: "Nothing."
So the Prophet Muhammad SAW forgive him and he converted to Islam and invited his people to embrace Islam.

||Uhud War

In the year 3 hijri there was the battle of Uhud, 3000 Quraish troops consisting of equestrian troops and plenty of war supplies, set out for the city of Medina to take revenge for the killing of their nobles at the battle of Badr.
And this is a pretty sad day for the Muslims because in this war has been martyred Hamzah, uncle of the Prophet Muhammad. The number of Islamic forces killed by martyrs as many as 70 more personnel including 6 people from the Muhajirin and the rest of the Ansar. This year he was born Hasan bin Ali r.a and Usman bin Affan married Ummi Kulsum daughter of Rasulullah SAW, after the death of Ruqoyah, brother of Ummi Kulsum. يا أيها الذين آمنوا إنما الخمر والميسر والأنصاب والأزلام رجس من عمل الشيطان فاجتنبوه لعلكم تفلحون
Which mean,
"O ye who believe, verily (drink) khammar, gamble, (sacrifice for) idols, draw fate with arrows, is included deeds syaithan. So keep those deeds in order for your luck. "(Al-Maidah, 90)

||Fourth Year Hijriah

This year Rasulullah SAW ordered the Jews to leave Madinah. Earlier among them with the Messenger of Allah (SAW) there had been an agreement, in which between the two sides must keep each other and maintain their own security and not betray each other against the treaty.
But the Jews betrayed the Apostle and tried to kill him, being seduced by syaithan seduction.

Also this year, Rasulullah SAW ordered Zaid bin Thabit to study the writings of the Jews so that Zaid could write for the Prophet the letter to the Jews, and read to him the letters that came from them. In this same year, Husayn ibn Ali raa was born.

||War of Khandaq or Ahzab (Alliance of Enemies)

In the year 5 hijri there was a war of Khandaq, in which the polytheists and Jews joined to fight against the Muslims. A total of 10,000 people were led by Abu Sufyan, and they besieged the city of Medina and put strict emphasis on the Muslims, and narrowed their space.
Rasulullah SAW and all the Muslims, did not come out at all from the city of Medina, but on the advice of Salman Al-Farisi he ordered the Muslims to dig a trench, as a form of strategy to avoid their invasion.
During the siege of the Muslims, the Prophet prayed to Allah SWT for the destruction of the enemy, he uttered a prayer, which meant,

Required Hajj

ولله على الناس حج البيت من استطاع إليه سبيلا
Which mean,
"... Hajj is the duty of man to Allah SWT, that is, for those who are able to travel to the House of God." (Ali Imran, 97)
The wisdom of Hajj is required quite a lot, of which the most important and most essential is the gathering of Muslims who are performing this pilgrimage. ||Hudaibiyah Peace Agreement

In the year 6 hijriah has occurred Shulhul Hudaibiyah (peace agreement hudaibiyah). Rasulullah SAW together with the Muslims as many as 1400 people left the city of Medina to Mecca to perform Umroh worship.
They do not carry weapons, only supplies to travel as travelers.
Upon reaching Hudaibiyah, the Prophet's entourage was intercepted by the Quraish infidels and they were prevented from continuing their journey to the Baitullah Haram.
Following negotiations between the two parties, a peace agreement was reached on five issues:
Agreed on a ceasefire (termination of war) between the two sides for ten years.
Maintaining each other's security between the two sides.

||The Muslims are returning to Medina, not continuing their journey for Umrah this year.

Rasulullah SAW should return to the side Mushrikeen Quraysh if any of those who come to Medina, even though it has converted to Islam.
There is no obligation for the Mushrikeen Quraysh to return to the Messenger of Allah the one who came to their side from Medina.
Whoever wishes to enter Muhammad's group, may enter the group. And whoever wants to enter the Quraysh group, is also welcome to enter the group.

||Bai'atur Ridwan

After the Hudaibiyah Text of Peace Covenant was written, Prophet Muhammad Saw appointed Usman bin Affan to send the Agreement Text to the side of the Mushrikin accompanied by some friends.
When Uthman got there, they arrested him. The news of Uthman's capture came to the Muslims. Even rumors have spread that Uthman and his friends have been killed by the Musyirikin.
So Prophet Muhammad SAW after hearing rumors that Usman had been killed, He immediately ordered all Muslims to gather, to perform bai'at under a tree, that they were ready to die to save Usman.
After this bai'at news was heard by the Mushrikeen, they were afraid and trembling. Finally they released Usman and his friends. Allah SWT says:
The translation is as follows:
"For those who pledge their allegiance to you, they pledge their allegiance to Allah. God's hand above their hands. "(Al-Fath, 10).
And Allah swt also said:
The translation is as follows:
"Verily Allah is pleased with believers when they pledge their allegiance to you under a tree, Allah knows what is in their hearts, then decreases their composure and rewards them with a close (time) victory." (Al-Fath, 18).

||Sending Letter To Kings

Prophet Muhammad Saw in the year 6 hijriah is sending letters to some King, invites them to embrace Islam. The letters were stamped with a ring made of silver written on it words: Muhammad Rasulullah.
Some of them there are welcomed this invitation and converted to Islam, from others who remain in their disbelief. And among those who believe, are Najasyi Raja Habasyah, Mundzir bin Sawa King of Bahrain and Jaifar and 'Abd and two Kings' Amman.

||War Khaibar

In the year 7 hijri happened Khaibar War. The attacking party at this time were those who had previously attacked the city of Madinah in the war of Khandak.
So Rasulullah Saw with his 1600 warriors welcomed them and then surrounded him for six days. And on the seventh night, the Holy Prophet handed the banner of war to Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah glorify him) to lead the war.
At that moment, Ali complained that he was suffering from an eye sore, so when the Prophet knew this, Ali's eyes were wiped by his hands and he prayed for the healing of his eyes. So with Allah's permission, Ali's eyes were instantly healed.
In this Khaibar war, Allah gave the victory to the Muslims under Ali's command, carrying a considerable spoils of war.

|| Year Ten Hijrah

In the year 10 hijriah the Prophet Muhammad Saw sent Ali bin Abi Talib to Bani Madzij from Yemeni population. So he went there and when he got there he invited them to convert to Islam.
They rejected Ali's invitation and pelted the Muslims with boulders, and by the Muslims their actions were banned and eventually they lost and demanded peace, and by Ali their request was fulfilled.
And Ali met them and invited them to embrace Islam, so they followed Ali's invitation and converted to Islam.
And this year also Rasulullah Saw sent Mu'adz bin Jabal and Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari to teach the teachings of Islamic shari'a. Mu'adz was sent to the inhabitants of Kurah al-'Ulya from 'Adn, while Abu Musa was sent to Kurah as-Sufla.

||Haji Wada '

Prophet Muhammad Saw and all his companions in the year 10 hijriah set out to perform the pilgrimage precisely on Saturday 25 Dzulqo'dah to the city of Mecca. After arriving in the city of Mecca, on the 8th of Dhu al-Qa'dah he left for Mina and spent the night there.
And on the 9th of Dhu al-Hijjah he went to Arafat and there he preached, known as Khutbatul Wada ', where he explained in the sermon on the most important things of the principal and branches of Islam.
And on that day down the revelation of Allah SWT which reads:
The translation is as follows:
"Today I have perfected for you your religion, and I have sufficient for you my favor, and I have accepted Islam to be a religion to you." (Al-Maidah, 3).
After performing the pilgrimage, Prophet Muhammad Saw returns to Medina safely.
And with the end of the tenth year of the hijrah of the Messenger of Allah from Mecca to Medina, it has been perfectly His mission in Medina for ten years less than two months and eleven days.

||The pain of Prophet Muhammad SAW

In the year 11 hijriah the Prophet Muhammad Saw started sickly. And when his illness worsened, he asked for permission to all his wives, so that he could be treated at the residence of Aisha only.
When He felt udzur to perform prayers in congregation with the Muslims of his companions, he ordered Abu Bakr to pray them.
He himself then went out of the mosque, walked by Ali and Fadhal, while Abbas preceded the way ahead.
Prophet Muhammad Saw bowed his head while limping with his legs, until reached the bottom step of the pulpit.
So the Companions crowded around him to scramble.
So he uttered the hamdalah while praising and worshiping Allah SWT, then said: O people, until news to me that you are all afraid of the death of your prophet. Is there any prophet before me eternal, so I will also be eternal (not dead)? Stay away, that I will meet my Rabb, and you will meet me later. So I will warn you to do paya against the First Emigrants, and also I will warn you to make all your fellow worshipers. Then say at the end of his sermon: Be obedient that I am your predecessor and you will follow me. Be obedient that your promise will be met later in Haudh (Lake). Remember, that whoever is happy to come to the lake and meet me, let his hands and his tongue be guarded from doing and saying things that are not in place, except that which is worth doing.

||The death of Prophet Muhammad SAW

When the Prophet Muhammad SAW died, Abu Bakr's best friend was not in Medina. When informed that the Prophet Muhammad SAW died, he immediately came to the house of Aisha and went inside as he opened the covering of the body of the Prophet's face and then kissed him and continued to weep.
Next he came out and uttered a speech, so he praised God and flattered him. Next said: "Stay away, whoever worships Muhammad, then is ashamed
