Gayo coffee is an arabica coffee variety that became one of the leading commodities originating from the Gayo plateau, Sumatra, Indonesia.
And coffee plantations that have been developed since 1908 this thrives in the district Bener meriah, aceh tengah and a small part of gayo lues. The three areas at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea have the largest coffee plantations in Indonesia.
And also the arabica coffee produced from gayo land is the largest in asia.
