Full Tented Buck Wagon:

The Askari Lodge where my wife and I spent some time last weekend also has a museum for some old wagons, carts and coaches. The one in the photos is a Tented Buck Wagon dating from 1942. I cannot believe that technology changed so much in such a relatively sort time.IMG_8199.jpg

The photo above shows the wheel from up close, just check out the high tech brake blocks!! LOL

The photo above and below shows the inside of the wagon, it does not look very comfortable!! People actually lived in these wagons and traveled thousands of kilometers in them, amazing.
