I've been excited to use the Ardour platform since listening to the Lior Yaffe discuss child chains on Robert Finch's ICO-Alert podcast. When I heard that holding Next would result in an airdrop of Ignis, I did a little research and found out my preferred exchange HITBTC would support the fork. The fork took place on December 28th, 2017. The Airdrop occurred on January 1st. Several exchanges and the NXT wallets successfully distributed the IGNIS--lagging several weeks behind with no foreseeable end in sight we have HITBTC. Gleaning over eight thousand results with very limited responses from the exchange and an ever updated listing on their new system health feature.
Other coins and tokens on the exchange are more dynamically listed.
Since January 1st HITBTC communicates with those owed their IGNIS with form letters in email and in unspecific terms...
and vague forum responces weeks later...
What will it take to get these thousands of traders their property?
Does anyone understand the complexities the engineers are facing in implementing the airdrop?
Many of us just want specific answers and to use our IGNIS.

many exchanges had trouble when it was the btc bubble, binance, bittrex, it was impossible to handle that amount of new requests, and that affected all the exchanges
