YES it Is!!! Especially, since an USAmerican Judge decided that a sandwich has to have at least two slices of bread, i decided that tortillas, pizzas and any other kind of flatbread is worthy to be called a sandwich, open or not, the rebel in me doesn't care. Baked dough with something IS a sandwich for sure!!! 😎
