Como estan mis queridos hivers queria mostrales una receta de un dulce venezolano parecido al funche, de ingredientes secillos rapida y fácil de hacer : se necesita harina de maiz 🌽, coco , azucar , canela, sal, clavitos dulces.

. Se procede a rayar el coco. The coconut is scratched
Se procede a extraer la leche al coco. The milk is extracted from the coconut.
Se procede a agregar una taza de azúcar . Proceed to add a cup of sugar
Luego se vacia la leche de coco, el Azucar, 2 tazas de Harina de maiz, los clavos en un caldero y se bate con una cuchara de madera
. . Then pour the coconut milk, sugar, 2 cups of corn flour, and cloves into a cauldron and beat with a wooden spoon.
Una vez listo se le agrega canela en polvo y se deja reposar a temperatura. ambiente
