A penas llegamos al lugar, pudimos ver justo frente a la puerta el mostrador y sobre él, el menú para elegir las distintas opciones. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y no muy grande. Las chicas que atienden nos tomaron el pedido y nos entregaron un dispositivo, el que, cuando nuestro pedido ya estuvo listo, nos avisó al sonar, lo cual me parece muy cómodo.
Subimos al primer piso donde están dispuestas las mesas y tomamos una bebida fresca mientras esperamos nuestro pedido.
En la carta había desde dumplings de cerdo, pollo, salmón, entre otras variedades más, hasta woks de hongos, de cerdo, de pollo y langostinos. También rollitos primavera y Tofu Sando. Nosotros elegimos un Katsu Sando que era un sándwich de cerdo apanado en panko y frito en pan lactal, con salsa tonkatsu, ensalada de repollo y zanahoria con pickles de pepinillo en aceite de sésamo. Acompañado con chips de papa y remolacha sumado a una salsa picante; y, por otro lado, pedimos también Pollo del General Tso el cual era un pollo rebosado en harina de arroz y fécula de maíz, cocinado en doble fritura, marinado con salsa agridulce, acompañado de una guarnición de arroz.
No les puedo explicar lo rico que estaba todo eso. Mi favorito de los dos fue el Pollo del General Tso. La combinación del pollo agridulce con el arroz fue perfecta, el primer bocado fue como fuegos artificiales en mi boca, todo lo que está bien. Recordé la película "Ratatouille" cuando Remy está con su hermano Emile y le hace probar la combinación de queso y uva, así tal cual fue la sensación🙊. Era muy sabroso, agridulce y algo picante a la vez, recuerdo el momento y me dan ganas de volver justo ahora para volver a probarlo. En cuanto al sándwich, estaba muy rico también, sabroso, el picor justo.
Si hay algo que distingue a la gastronomía asiática es la capacidad que tienen para que sus platos sean inolvidables, ya sea por su estética, sus colores, las texturas que manejan y sobre todo el sabor, una sazón especial.
Seguramente volveré para probar otras propuestas del menú. También quedó pendiente probar unos tés que vienen en sachet y conseguir de esas bebidas en lata de alguno de mis personajes favoritos de “One Piece”, o “Pokemon”, ya que justo en ese momento no había. Además el lugar ofrecía algunas opciones de golosinas como los conocidos Pepero, galletas de la fortuna, entre otros.
Lo que sí pudimos conseguir fueron unos caramelos dulces que venían dentro de una pokebola junto con un personaje que nos gusta mucho “Gengar”, así que no todo estuvo perdido amigos, algo nos pudimos llevar para el postre.
En fin, cuando vuelva, tal vez pase por aquí para contarles con qué más pude sorprenderme.

Hi, how are you doing here? 😄Today I come to share with you an express outing (those that come out of nowhere and without prior notice) that we had a couple of days ago, we wanted to go to a place to eat Asian food and we came up with one in particular that recently opened its doors in the center of my city called *"Miss Murita ”*, they already had a place in another area, but luckily they opened one much closer to where I live.
As soon as we arrived at the place, we could see right in front of the door the counter and above it, the menu to choose the different options. It is a very quiet place and not very big. The girls who attend to our order took our order and gave us a device, which, when our order was ready, alerted us when it sounded, which I find very comfortable. We went up to the second floor where the tables were arranged and had a cool drink while we waited for our order.
On the menu there were pork, chicken, salmon and other varieties of dumplings, as well as mushroom, pork, chicken and shrimp woks. Also spring rolls and Tofu Sando. We chose a Katsu Sando, which was a pork sandwich breaded in panko and fried on panko bread, with tonkatsu sauce, cabbage and carrot salad with pickle pickles in sesame oil. Accompanied with potato and beet chips and a spicy sauce, and, on the other hand, we also ordered General Tso's Chicken which was a chicken dipped in rice flour and corn starch, cooked in double frying, marinated with sweet and sour sauce, accompanied by a side of rice.
I can't tell you how tasty it all was. My favorite of the two was the General Tso's Chicken. The combination of the sweet and sour chicken with the rice was perfect, the first bite was like fireworks in my mouth, everything just right. I remembered the movie “Ratatouille” when Remy is with his brother Emile and makes him taste the combination of cheese and grape, so as it was the sensation🙊. It was very tasty, sweet and sour and somewhat spicy at the same time, I remember the moment and it makes me want to go back just now to try it again. As for the sandwich, it was very tasty too, flavorful, just the right spiciness.
If there is something that distinguishes Asian gastronomy, it is the ability to make their dishes unforgettable, either by their aesthetics, their colors, the textures they handle and above all the flavor, a special seasoning.
I will surely come back to try other proposals from the menu. I also wanted to try some teas that come in a sachet and get some of those drinks in a can of one of my favorite characters from “One Piece” or “Pokemon”, since there were none at that moment. The place also offered some candy options such as the well-known Pepero, fortune cookies, among others.
What we did manage to get were some sweet candies that came inside a pokeball along with a character that we really like “Gengar”, so all was not lost, friends, we were able to take something for dessert. Anyway, when I come back, maybe I'll stop by to tell you what else I was able to surprise myself with.
