Yesterday we had a great gastronomic discovery: the best hamburgers in Bogota. After a nice walk through the Virgilio Barco library with my nephew, the hunger began to tighten, so we decided to look for a good place to eat. Walking through the mall where we went to eat, we came across El Gaucho, a hamburger place that, without knowing it, would give us one of the most delicious and satisfying experiences we have had here in Bogota.
From the very first moment, the aroma of grill caught us. As we perused the menu, we were thrilled with the variety of burgers, all with irresistible combinations. It was just what we needed to satiate our voracious appetite.

Ayer tuvimos un gran descubrimiento gastronómico: las mejores hamburguesas de Bogotá. Después de un agradable paseo por la biblioteca Virgilio Barco con mi sobrino, el hambre comenzó a apretar, así que decidimos buscar un buen lugar para comer. Recorriendo el centro comercial donde fuimos para comer, nos encontramos con El Gaucho, una hamburguesería que, sin saberlo, nos regalaría una de las experiencias más deliciosas y satisfactorias que hemos tenido aquí en Bogotá
Desde el primer momento, el aroma a parrilla nos atrapó. Al revisar el menú, nos emocionamos con la variedad de hamburguesas, todas con combinaciones irresistibles. Era justo lo que necesitábamos para saciar nuestro voraz apetito

Each of us chose a different option from the menu, and they all looked spectacular: big, succulent and impeccably presented. I went for the Agüero, an irresistible combination of artisan beef and breast fillet, accompanied by chimichurri, cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables and the house sauces, all inside an artisan brioche bun that, from the first bite, I found simply spectacular.
The meat was juicy and well seasoned, the chimichurri gave it a special touch and the bread, with its spongy texture and slightly sweet flavor, completed the experience in an incomparable way. The burger was accompanied by some very tasty fries, too, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
After the ones we make at home, these burgers from El Gaucho are my favorite and as I was saying the tastiest I have tried in this city. So we will surely be back soon for another gastronomic feast.
Cada uno de nosotros eligió una opción diferente del menú, y todas se veían espectaculares: grandes, suculentas y con una presentación impecable. Yo me decidí por la Agüero, una combinación irresistible de carne artesanal y filete de pechuga, acompañados de chimichurri, queso cheddar, vegetales frescos y las salsas de la casa, todo dentro de un pan brioche artesanal que, desde el primer bocado, me pareció sencillamente espectacular.
La carne estaba jugosa y bien sazonada, el chimichurri le daba un toque especial y el pan, con su textura esponjosa y sabor ligeramente dulce, completaba la experiencia de manera inigualable. La hamburguesa estaba acompañada por unas papitas muy ricas, también, crujientes por fuera y suaves por dentro.
Después de las que hacemos en casa, estas hamburguesas de El Gaucho son mis favoritas y como les decía las más sabrosas que he probado en esta ciudad. Así que seguramente volveremos pronto para otro festín gastronómico.
