1kg harina leudante (todo uso)
Levadura

Aceite
Mantequilla
Tomate

Queso
Mortadela
Salsa Ketchup

1kg leavening flour (all purpose)

Preparación
Iniciaremos tomando un bowl y le agregaremos 2 tazas de agua tibia, añadimos los 10 gr de levadura y dejaremos reposar en un lugar oscuro alrededor de 15 minutos para que alcance su fermentación. Seguido le agregaremos sal y azúcar al gusto, 2 cucharadas de mantequilla y una taza pequeña de aceite, luego vertimos la harina para amasarla, 2 huevos hasta poder lograr la consistencia deseada.

Preparation
We will start by taking a bowl and add 2 cups of warm water, add the 10 grams of yeast and let it rest in a dark place for about 15 minutes to reach its fermentation. Then add salt and sugar to taste, 2 tablespoons of butter and a small cup of oil, then pour the flour to knead it, 2 eggs until the desired consistency is achieved.

A continuación picaremos la cebolla, pimentón y la pondremos en la licuadora, agregando orégano para dar gusto, licuaremos para seguido vertir este liquido en una olla previamente calentada a fuego lento, agregaremos ajo triturado, sazonador Maggie, la salsa Ketchup y removeremos contantemente hasta obtener una salsa espesa y con buen sabor.

Next, chop the onion, paprika and put it in the blender, adding oregano to taste, blend and then pour this liquid into a pot previously heated over low heat, add crushed garlic, Maggie seasoning, Ketchup sauce and stir constantly until you get a thick sauce with good flavor.

Seguidamente tomaremos unas bandejas y las engrasaremos con mantequilla, proseguiremos estirando la masa con un rodillo toda la superficie para después agregar con una cuchara la salsa y haciendo uso de esta cuchara vamos a expandir toda la salsa. Tomaremos el queso y mortadela rallada y la agregaremos tipo polvoreando para luego finalizar colocando rodajas de tomate pata dar vistosidad y sabor. Concluiremos llevando al horno alrededor de 15 minutos para de esa forma ya tener lista nuestra pizza.

We will conclude taking it to the oven for about 15 minutes to have our pizza ready.
