Here is my quick and simple receipe to energize the day. It's delicious, it's nutritious. 😀Rich with proteins, gut-friendly probiotics and vitamins.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese 270gr
5-6 radishes, thinly sliced
Green onion, finely chopped
1 table spoon of fresh parsley or dill (optional)
1 table spoon of olive oil(if you want to add extra healthy fats)
Salt and pepper to taste
Few slices of tomato to dress
Instructions:
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese as a base
Slice radishes and green onion
Add fresh herbs, dizzle with olive oil if desired
Mix all together adding salt and pepper to taste
Form and dress anyway you like 🙂
Works for me perfectly for a good humour throughout the whole day!
