Hello there, Blockchain Foodies!

The day @octocel came back from Barquisimeto, we met right away. It had been a trip that took longer than expected thanks to the political situation of the beginning of the year. That was a messy time, but it passed.

So having her around, I had to make some nice gestures. Flowers, food, coffee and all the conversation that comes from those activities. Flowers will get their own post. It has been the year of giving flowers once again.

On the food department, we had some shawarmas at Ali Baba. This used to be the place where I had Arab food for a long part of my childhood. They used to have a location downtown; however, they moved to this mall since it is where there's more traffic. Even when it is located in a food court now, it is still great.

The shawarmas come in various presentations. There are open ones. Some come alone; others, have fries. I had some fries for ours and then it was all about eating. For some reason, she thought falafel wraps and shawarmas were the same thing. I had to explain that one is a vegan wrap and the other not. Having the actual thing in front was useful for this.

It was a great time; even when the shawarmas got a bit messy. That kind of bread has troubles holding so much moisture so it tends to break. Sometimes, you need a from to finish eating your wrap.
