Dear HIVE FOOD community, greetings to all, I hope you are well, I want to share with you a delicious dessert that I made this weekend to sweeten the heart, as you know I am new in Hive and little by little I am integrating myself in this platform, that is why sometimes I am absent for lack of time and I try to make my publication on weekends.

And today I bring you a rich and simple lemon pie made in an economical and simple way that is very tasty and quick to prepare and nothing complicated with the following ingredients:
600 ml condensed milk
400 ml of milk cream
2 eggs
the juice of 7 lemons
1/2 cup of sugar
1 package of sweet cookies.
Y hoy les traigo un rico y sencillo Pie de limón hecho de una manera económica y sencilla que queda muy rico es algo rápido de preparar y nada complicado con los siguientes ingredientes:
600 ml de leche condensada
400 ml de crema de leche
2 huevos
el jugo de 7 limones
1/2 taza de azúcar
1 paquete de galletas dulces.
Procedure chop the cookies and place them in the bottom of a bowl and set aside then precede to mix in the blender the condensed milk and cream together with the lemon juice and beat well and then incorporate it into the bowl where the cookies are until covered and set aside in the refrigerator, then in another bowl separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat until stiff with half cup of sugar until the desired consistency is reached, then take out the previous preparation and cover with the sigh mixture and decorate with grated lemon and refrigerate for two hours before serving. Procedimiento picar las galletas y colocarlas en el fondo de un recipiente y reservar luego precedo a mezclar en la licuadora la leche condensada y la crema de leche junto con el jugo de limón y batir bien para luego incorporarla en el recipiente donde están las galletas hasta cubrirlas y reservar en la nevera, luego en otro recipiente separar las claras de las yemas y batir a punto de suspiro con media taza de azúcar hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada para sacar la preparación anterior y cubrir con la mezcla de suspiro y decorar con limón rallado y refrigerar por dos horas antes de servir. No problem about your lack time here, learn little by a little. Anyway, it is great dessert since I love lemon.
For your food post next time, I think you can make single photo results for the cooking results, not collage with another photo, so the reader can see clear photo of the resulst :)
