Hello everyone! A few days ago I went out and saw that they were selling cold cake in a glass, I remembered that I used to buy them, I'm on vacation so I'll make all the recipes that come to mind haha, even though I can't eat them, just try them, but my family is willing to help me eating it hahaha I have a large family and they love these desserts.

I used 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and 5 tablespoons of bitter cocoa.

We dilute the wheat flour in the water and put it over medium heat. The important thing is to beat constantly. If we notice that it is not thick enough, we can add more wheat flour. We will not plow it directly, as lumps could come out; We dilute it in a little water.

When it starts to boil, add the milk, cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt. We must beat so that everything is mixed well.
It is ready in about 5 minutes, anyway, we try how it turns out. To create flavor contrasts, it was not sweet, but rather a strong chocolate flavor. We let it cool for about 15 minutes.

Yo utilicé 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo, dos cucharadas de azúcar, una pizca de sal y 5 cucharadas de chocolate.
Diluimos la harina de trigo en el agua y la ponemos a fuego medio. Lo importante es batir constantemente. Si notamos que no está lo suficientemente espeso, le podemos agregar más harina de trigo. No lo aremos directamente, ya que podrían salir grumos; lo diluimos en un poco de agua.
Cuando comience a hervir, agregamos la leche, el cacao, azúcar y la pizca de sal. Debemos batir para que todo se mezcle bien.

Unos 5 minutos está listo, igual, probamos cómo queda, para crear contrastes de sabor. No quedó dulce, sino un sabor fuerte al chocolate. Dejamos enfriar unos 15 minutos.
