When it starts to boil, add the milk, cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt. We must beat so that everything is mixed well.
It is ready in about 5 minutes, anyway, we try how it turns out. To create flavor contrasts, it was not sweet, but rather a strong chocolate flavor. We let it cool for about 15 minutes.
