A Delicious Home Made Vermicelli & Noodle Salad

How are you today? I hope you and your family will be fine.

Today is a Saturday as a holiday.So I wanted to eat a Home Made Vermicelli & Noodle Salad for the breakfast.
I prepared for this Home made Salad since yesterday evening.I bought some noodles & Vermicelli and others accessories yesterday.

Ingredients...

(1)Noodles

(2)Vermicelli

(3)Onions

(4)Chilli powder

(5)Sauce

(6)Fish sauce

(7)Chicken powder

(8)peas powder / peanuts powder

(9)sweet powder / sugar

(10)Lemon

(11)Coriander

(12)Cabbage

(13)Bean Sprouts

(14)Bean Curd

"A Decilious Vermicelli & Noodle Salad"

How to made it easily...

Step-1....
You cooked and boiled your Noodles and Vermicille.The amount is depend on you how many people will eat to...
After boiling all your Noodles & Vermicelli...you put in the plastic vegetables basket at first.We need to dry more our boiled Noodles to drain the water from the wet Noodles in the basket.

That "s why I cooked and boiled my Noodles in the first step.

Step-2....
And then I made and chopped some onions.
I cooked and fried chopped onions.
In that step...When you made fried onions...you must care as a soft fried onions as a brown colour
in the photo.I preferred this style fried onions.
If you made more times to fried for onions ...it can get more bitterness for your noodles salad.
So this fried onions step is an important to use a nice Noodles Salad.

Step-3....
The third one is fried Bean Curd...
We need to cook fried Bean Curd to be a nice color of fried Bean.I adjusted the temperature of electric pan for fried Bean Curd.
Fried Bean Curd are so matching to eat for a Noodle salad.It is a good thing for a Noodle salad.
So you need to cook carefully the color of fried Bean Curd.I made all good fried Bean Curd by using and adjusting temperature of electric pan.You can see my fried Bean Curd in the photo that I made.
After getting good fried Bean Curd...I cut all Bean Curd with a scissors as slicing pieces that to use and mix ready for Noodle salad.

Step-4....
We need to make a warm Bean Sprouts for Noodle salad.
So please add all your Bean Sprouts to the hot water.
It take just a minute to warm and no need to use long time for that.

After finishing all steps...preparing all things on the table that you made easily to do a nice salad.

Step-5....
Start to be a nice Noodle salad...

You put a good enough of Noodle & Vermicelli to your food plate.
And then put the Bean Sprouts and Fried Beans.
After that you add the other necessary powders and sauce to your Noodle.
If you like to get more spicy... you should add a little more spicy powder.
If you like to get more sour...you should add a little more lemon drops.

Then you make a mixing and dressing all foods of your food plate to get a good enough of your favorite taste.
All finishing of your best taste...try your nice Home Made Noodle Salad.

How to make a quick soup easily....

In this time I used the cabbages to make a soup.
Cabbage can be made for Noodle salad by chopping a slice thing cabbage.
But I wanted to drink a soup while eating a Noodle salad for today.So I used it for a soup.
I made it very simple and fast way soup because of breakfast time.
I just only boiled water and added the cabbages into the boiled water.After that I added some Vermicelli into there.When it is a good time for Vermicelli...I added chicken & sweet powder and fish sauce.

After all doing & finishing...I ate a good enough my Home Made Vermicelli & Noodle Salad.
I had a nice Breakfast with my Home Made Tasty Vermicelli & Noodle Salad.
I ate Refreshness & Delicious Home Made Vermicelli & Noodle Salad this morning.

Why I did a Noodle Salad in my Home?
Home made is better than outside because it is more freshness & more cleanliness and better taste.It could be more healthy.
That "s why I made it in my home.
