La masa la hago muy rápido, uno los ingredientes secos y hago un volcán, y los líquidos en el centro, amasó, dejo reposar, luego de veinte minutos echo harina para extender con el rodillo.

Le coloco aceite a la bandeja, y extiendo la masa, corto lo que sobra, son dos pequeñas, las dejo reposar un rato, mientras voy a rayar el queso y la mortadela.
