Feliz tarde amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de este delicioso pedido que tuve. Hay un señor que hace un mes me encargo una torta y ayer en la tarde me encargo una de vainilla, decorada con merengue y fresas y le dije que si. Anoche hornee la torta para hoy solo decorarla. Pues el señor en la mañana vino hasta mi casa a pedirme si podía hacer otra torta y le dije que si que con mucho gusto la haría así que le use manos a la obra ya que tenía el tiempo contado para preparar la otra torta.
Una vez las tortas horneadas y frías me dispuse a preparar el merengue italiano, y luego comencé a colocar el merengue por toda la torta y le pase un scraper para dar un poco de forma y coloque un borde de merengue. Tenía las fresas bien lavadas y las corte por el medio y las coloque en la parte superior de una de las tortas. A la otra torta le coloque chocolate derretido y también algunas fresas y algunas galletas de chocolate. Una vez entregué el pedido el señor estuvo muy feliz y para mí nada mejor que tener un cliente feliz.

Once the cakes were baked and cold, I started to prepare the Italian meringue, and then I began to place the meringue all over the cake and used a scraper to give it a little shape and placed a border of meringue. I had the strawberries well washed and cut them in the middle and placed them on the top of one of the cakes. On the other cake I put melted chocolate and also some strawberries and some chocolate cookies. Once I delivered the order, the man was very happy and for me there is nothing better than having a happy customer.
