Hola amigos, feliz día espero que estén pasando una excelente semana, hace unos días tuve un antojo muy específico, me dieron ganas de comer tequeños, ya saben, esos trozos de queso cubiertos de masa de harina de trigo frita que tantos nos encanta pero, no quería rellenarlos con queso, como mencioné anteriormente era un gusto demasiado especifico, quería hacer salchichas envueltas en masa fritas, se me hizo una idea deliciosa así que sin pensarlo dos veces fui al supermercado, conseguí todos los ingredientes y me puse manos a la obra, como siempre espero que esta receta les guste, sin más nada que añadir comencemos:

Los ingredientes principales para esta preparación son:
- 3-4 salchichas.
- 200gr de harina de trigo.
- 1 cucharada de levadura.
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar.
- 1/2 media cucharada de sal.
- 1/2 taza de agua.
The main ingredients for this preparation are:
- 3-4 sausages.
- 200gr of wheat flour.
- 1 tablespoon of yeast.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 1/2 half tablespoon of salt.
- 1/2 cup of water.
Para comenzar esta preparación simplemente debemos añadir todos los ingredientes (a excepción de las salchichas) en un bowl y mezclarlos muy bien con ayuda de una cuchara hasta obtener una masa firme y sin grumos, luego de esto solamente debemos dejarla reposar tapado por 30 minutos en un lugar fresco y ventilado.
To start this preparation we simply have to add all the ingredients (except for the sausages) in a bowl and mix them very well with the help of a spoon until we obtain a firm dough without lumps, after this we just have to let it rest covered for 30 minutes in a cool and ventilated place.

Pasado este tiempo la masa ya debería estar lista para ser usada, de lo contrario, si notamos que tiene una consistencia un poco líquida simplemente añadimos un poco más de harina, mezclamos y dejamos reposar 5 minutos máximo, tomamos una pequeña porción de la masa, la colocamos sobre una superficie llena de harina y con ayuda de un rodillo aplanamos tratando de obtener una tira larga que posteriormente cortaremos en tiras más delgadas con ayuda de un cuchillo.

Para este tipo de preparaciones suelen usarse salchichas cocteleras, en mi caso utilicé salchichas brasileñas las cuales son un poco grandes así que lo que hice fue simplemente cortar cada salchicha en tres trozos.

Tomamos uno de los trozos de salchichas y los envolvemos en unas de las tiras de masa, es una tarea fácil y sencilla, simplemente tomamos la tira de masa, la envolvemos sobre la salchicha para luego enrollarla sobre la misma.

Debemos freír a temperatura alta por no más de 5 minutos, al ser la masa tan delgada suelen cocinarse en muy poco tiempo, al notar que las mismas doren podemos retirarlas del fuego y colocarlas sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
