Pastas largas con carne molida [Long pasta with ground beef ]

Los espaguetis con carne molida son una de mis recetas favoritas por lo que me gustaría compartirla con ustedes.

Spaghetti with ground beef is one of my favorite recipes so I would like to share it with you.

INGREDIENTES

  • 500 gramos de espaguetis
  • 1 1/2 litro de agua
  • 1 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa de ají picante al 10%
  • 10 cucharadas de puré de tomate
  • 1/2 cucharadita de orégano molido
  • 250 gramos de carne molida de res especial
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de girasol

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 liter of water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of 10% hot pepper sauce
  • 10 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground oregano
  • 250 grams of special ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil

PREPARACIÓN

  1. Sazonar la carne molida con la sal y el orégano. Dejar reposar 10 minutos para que se impregne bien del sabor.
  2. Calentar las 3 cucharadas de aceite sofreír la carne molida hasta que selle (cambie de color) y posteriormente añadirle el picante y el puré.
  3. En un recipiente aparte calentar 1 1/2 litros de agua y cuando alcance el punto de ebullición agregar 1 cucharadita de sal y los 500 gramos de espaguetis. Cocinar 2 minutos menos de lo que indique el empaque. Revolver con un tenedor constantemente para que no se peguen.
  4. Colar la pasta y añadir 1/2 taza del agua en que se cocinó a la carne molida y cocinarla 3 minutos más.
  5. Añadir la pasta, mezclar bien con la carne y la salsa y cocinar 2 minutos.

PREPARATION

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and oregano. Let it rest for 10 minutes so that the flavor is well absorbed.
  2. Heat the 3 tablespoons of oil, fry the ground meat until it seals (changes color) and then add the spices and the puree.
  3. In a separate container, heat 1 1/2 liters of water and when it reaches the boiling point, add 1 teaspoon of salt and the 500 grams of spaghetti. Cook 2 minutes less than indicated on the packaging. Stir with a fork constantly so they don't stick.
  4. Strain the pasta and add 1/2 cup of the water in which it was cooked to the ground beef and cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Add the pasta, mix well with the meat and sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
