Hoy domingo quise compartir esta deliciosa receta con uds, Canelones rellenos, porque es un día para comer delicioso y sin mucho trabajo ni esfuerzo. Esta receta es muy sencilla y les voy a dar mi paso a paso para que se atrevan a realizarla.
Today, Sunday, I wanted to share this delicious recipe with you, Stuffed Cannelloni, because it is a day to eat deliciously and without much work or effort. This recipe is very simple and I am going to give you my step by step so that you dare to make it.

Without further ado, let's go with our ingredients:
Una caja de Canelones
400 gramos Carne molida
100 gramos de Jamón
100 gramos de queso rebanado
Salsa de tomate
Queso mozzarella
Salsa bechamel
INGREDIENTS
A box of cannelloni
400 grams Ground beef
100 grams of Ham
100 grams of sliced cheese
Ketchup
Mozzarella cheese
Salsa bechamel

Let's start by preparing the bechamel sauce.
En un sarten o paila colocas un poco de aceite con un poquito de mantequillay sofries el ajo con el cebollin bien picadito, luego le agregas la leche batida a la que le pusiste la harina de trigo y revuelves todo con un batidor hasta unir bien todo, sigues revolviendo a fuego medio hasta conseguir la consistencia qué deseas, no dejes de batir hasta lograrlo y por último le agregas el cilantro.
I prepare it very easy and simple, with these ingredients: three cups of water, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour or cornstarch, whatever you prefer and have at home, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, if you have liquid milk too Serves: 2 cloves of crushed garlic, chives, cilantro to taste. In the 2 cups of water, beat the milk powder and add the two tablespoons of wheat flour.
In a frying pan or saucepan, place a little oil with a little butter and sauté the garlic with the finely chopped chives, then add the whipped milk to which you added the wheat flour and stir everything with a whisk until everything is well combined. You continue stirring over medium heat until you get the consistency you want, don't stop beating until you achieve it and finally add the cilantro.
After making our bechamel cream, we begin with the preparation, I used ground meat that I already had prepared in the refrigerator, if this is not your case you can prepare 1/2 Kilo of ground meat as you usually do.
En una bandeja primeramente agregamos un poco de crema bechamel al fondo, vamos rellenando cada canelon y lo vamos colocando en la bandeja uno a uno.
In a tray, first we add a little bechamel cream to the bottom, we fill each cannelloni and we place it on the tray one by one.
When we finish placing each row of cannelloni, we add ham, cheese and béchamel cream, then a portion of meat, then another row of cannelloni, and so on until finished.
Then we wrap it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 250 °c
After 40 minutes in the oven, we take out our tray and this is how our stuffed cannelloni turned out.
