Hola a todos, espero que su semana haya ido de maravilla. Sé que he estado bastante perdida y pues ya conocen las razones. Todos estos días en compañía de mi familia fueron días tan lindos que me recargaron un montón. Pero de eso no vengo a hablarles hoy en este post. Resulta que como ayer estuvimos ocupados con el trabajo, no pudimos celebrar San Valentín como se debe. Por esa razón, hoy decidimos ir a almorzar y comprarnos unos detalles. El lugar escogido para almorzar hoy fué Parmessano y como saben ese restaurante me encanta.
Si vienen a Medellín si o si tienen que probar la comida aquí. Sus sabores son tan deliciosos y cuidan cada detalle al momento de servir el plato. Esta vez quiero mostrarles otros platos diferentes que probamos. Yo por ejemplo ordené un solomito trufado y José ordenó un Thai confitado de solomito. Ambos los pedimos bien asados y la verdad es que estaban para chuparse los dedos. Mi plato venia acompañado con una salsa que no puedo explicar lo deliciosa que estaba y la pasta que acompañaba el plato de José tenía una salsa muy exquisita. Las papas estaban crocantes y el solomito venía con una salsa y trozos de tocineta muy sabrosos.
De tomar yo pedí una soda Titi que era con sabor a tamarindo y José una limonada de hierbabuena. Les cuento que aparte de su menú, tenían un menú de conservación Titi y de allí viene el nombre de la soda. Una parte de los aportes de los platos y bebidas del menú titi será para la conservación de estos animales ya que esta especie está en estado vulnerable de extinción. Es un menú bastante pequeño pero todo luce delicioso allí también. Si me preguntan, le doy 10/10 a estos platos. Esto fue todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Nos leemos en un próximo post. Hello everyone, I hope your week has been going great. I know I have been quite lost and you know the reasons why. All these days in the company of my family were such nice days that recharged me a lot. But that's not what I'm going to talk about today in this post. It turns out that since we were busy with work yesterday, we couldn't celebrate Valentine's Day as it should be. For that reason, today we decided to go out to lunch and buy some gifts. The place we chose for lunch today was Parmessano and as you know I love that restaurant.
If you come to Medellin you have to try the food here. Their flavors are so delicious and they take care of every detail when serving the dish. This time I want to show you some other different dishes we tried. I for example ordered a truffled sirloin steak and Jose ordered a Thai confit of sirloin steak. We both ordered them well grilled and the truth is that they were finger licking good. My dish came with a sauce that I can't explain how delicious it was and the pasta that accompanied Jose's dish had a very exquisite sauce. The potatoes were crispy and the sirloin came with a sauce and pieces of bacon very tasty.
To drink I ordered a Titi soda which was tamarind flavored and Jose had a mint lemonade. I tell you that apart from their menu, they had a Titi conservation menu and that is where the name of the soda comes from. A part of the contributions from the dishes and drinks of the titi menu will go to the conservation of these animals since this species is in a vulnerable state of extinction. It's a pretty small menu but everything looks delicious there too. If you ask me, I give these dishes 10/10. That was all for today, I hope you liked it. See you in a future post. Best regards.
