For a delicious lunch I decided to prepare this rice with sausages and chorizos using the ingredients I had at home. The best of all is that it is a super recipe easy to make for anyone regardless of their experience in the kitchen, it should be noted that I learned to make it thanks to my mother who accompanied it with chicken.
My family loves this dish if it is accompanied with caramelized bananas.
Ingredientes-Ingredients:
1/2 kilo de arroz.
2 chorizos.
6 salchichas polacas.
2 zanahorias.
Ajo al gusto.
Cebollin, cilantro, pimentón y ajíes picados.
Sal gusto.
Aceite para freír.
1/2 kilo of rice.
2 sausages.
6 Polish sausages.
2 carrots.
garlic to taste
Chives, cilantro, paprika and chopped peppers.
salt taste
oil for frying.
Preparación-Preparation:
First we wash and chop the carrots into small squares, reserve.
Then we chop the chorizos and sausages to taste, I did it in cubes.
Place a cauldron to fry the crushed garlic, chives, coriander, paprika and peppers with a little oil.
Add the carrots to the sauce and let cook for 5 minutes to incorporate the sausages and chorizos, let cook together with the vegetables.
Add the rice and stir very well to mix with all the ingredients, then add four cups of water and salt to taste.
When our rice begins to dry, lower the heat a little and cover.
Remove from heat and serve with our caramelized bananas.
