Greetings to all Hive Food friends! I would like to share with you a simple way to prepare these delicious spring rolls, which I learnt to make thanks to an aunt and which we decided to make as a snack for a very special birthday for another aunt who was delighted with this dish.
The filling does not necessarily have to be made with vegetables, we can make them with meat or chicken according to your tastes, and you will also learn how to make the dough to enjoy a different and very crunchy dish.
Ingredientes para el relleno-Ingredients for the filling:
2 zanahorias.
1 repollo.
1 cebolla grande.
1 pimentón rojo.
Sal al gusto.
Aceite para freír.
2 carrots.
1 cabbage.
1 large onion.
1 red pepper.
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying.
Ingredientes para la masa-Ingredients for the dough:
2 tazas de harina de trigo.
1 pizca de sal.
1 cucharadita de vainilla.
Aceite para freír.
2 cups of wheat flour.
1 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla.

Preparación- Preparation:
Cut all our vegetables into julienne strips and sauté in a pot, season with salt to taste and once ready, place in a bowl and leave to cool completely.
Place the flour in a bowl and add water until you obtain a liquid mixture without lumps.
Once the dough is ready, place a baking pan on the stove, grease the bottom with a little oil and begin to form the wafers, using a silicone brush to paint them quickly, until a thin layer is formed without holes.
Wait until it starts to pull away from the edge, but do not let it toast, lift and turn the dough over.
Once the dough is ready, remove it and place it on a plate until they are all done.
Spread a wafer on the surface to be worked on, put the vegetable filling at one end and roll it up halfway, fold the ends inwards and spread water on the other end and finish rolling it up, fixing the part we have spread well, putting it aside.
When they are all formed, fry the rolls in very hot oil in batches of 2 at a time until golden brown, turning them several times.
Once fried, remove them from the frying pan and leave them on a plate, ready to enjoy our spring rolls.

Se ve muy rico todo, en especial me llamo la atencion como hicieron la masa, pues se ve que nececita ser bien delgadita para que quede crocante al freir, y veo que lo lograron hacer, que bueno que lo pudieron preparar para su tia y que lo disfrutaran, saludos
