I tell you that, I do not know for what reason, I did the calculation of the materials, I divided them all correctly, but some kind of lag occurred in my brain when I measured the amount of milk to be added to the mixture, I put the same amount of the original recipe, that is to say twice as much as I should put to these amounts, so miraculously the cake was fluffy, not as much as it should be, something that I attributed to the quality of the wheat flour I used, and in the same way the chocolate drops and the little pieces of oreo cookie that were supposed to be suspended in the mixture, all went to the bottom, the cake at the end was just as delicious, but for visual purposes, it was not the best result, however, I did not hear any complaints about it, because the truth is that it was very rich.

To begin, sift the wheat flour and add the chocolate drops and half of the crushed oreo cookies, mix to integrate and set aside, on the other hand, place the egg whites in the mixer and beat at full power with half of the sugar, until stiff peaks are reached.

Once the egg whites are stiff peaks are obtained, set aside the egg whites with the sugar and place the butter at room temperature in the bowl and beat until it begins to whiten, at this point add the sugar while continuing to beat until no lumps of sugar are felt, at this point add the egg yolks while continuing to beat, and one at a time so as not to cut the mixture.

Once the yolks are integrated we will begin to integrate the milk and the wheat flour to which we will add the chocolate drops and the crushed cookies, we will do this by parts and with the mixer speed to the minimum if possible. Once all the ingredients have been integrated it is time to add the whipped egg whites with sugar that we have reserved, we do this with wrapping movements (at this point I realized that something was wrong, but I still did not realize what it was, because the cookies and chocolate went to the bottom of the bowl and that is not normal).

Pour the mixture into a half kilo cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean and dry, I tell you that because of the miscalculation I had, this was in the oven for almost two hours, this is another important point to keep in mind, as a small error affects the whole process.

Once the cake is completely cooled we proceed to fill and decorate, to fill it I used a chocolate ganache, for which I melted in a bain-marie 150 gr of couverture chocolate and 150 ml of milk cream, when it cooled I gave it a touch with the mixer to double the size and used it as a filling, simple but delicious. To cover use 500 ml of whipped cream with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and add the rest of the crushed cookies to avoid clogging the nozzle of the piping bag. Refrigerate for about 4 hours and enjoy.

Les cuento que, no sé por qué motivo, hice el cálculo de los materiales, todos los dividí correctamente, pero alguna especie de lag ocurrió en mi cerebro cuando medí la cantidad de leche que debía agregar a la mezcla, le coloque la misma cantidad de la receta original, es decir el doble de lo que debía colocar a estas cantidades, así que milagrosamente el bizcocho quedo esponjoso, no tanto como debía quedar, algo que le atribuí a la calidad de la harina de trigo que utilice, y del mismo modo lo que fueron las gotas de chocolate y los trocitos de galleta oreo que se supone debían quedar suspendidos en la mezcla, se fueron todos al fondo, la torta al final quedo igual de deliciosa, pero a efectos visuales, no era el mejor resultado, sin embargo, no escuche queja alguna de la misma, porque la verdad es que, quedo muy rica.

Una de las cosas que siempre me han dicho es que las cantidades en los ingredientes para trabajar en la repostería y la panadería, deben respetarse para obtener los mejores resultados, y eso es algo que tengo claro, pues muchos han sido los desastres que he tenido que arreglar por no prestar la debida atención a la misma, pero, como decía mi abuela Pancha, tranquila que eso no se pierde jajaja, esta vez corrí con suerte, aunque, en otras oportunidades no he corrido con la misma suerte. Para comenzar tamizamos la harina de trigo y agregamos las gotas de chocolate y la mitad de las galletas oreo trituradas, mezclamos para integrar y reservamos, por otro lado colocamos las claras de los huevos en la batidora y batimos a máxima potencia con la mitad del azúcar, hasta obtener el punto de nieve.

Una vez obtenido el punto de nieve reservamos las claras con el azúcar y vamos a colocar en el tazón la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, y la batiremos hasta que comience a blanquear, en este punto agregamos el azúcar sin dejar de batir hasta que no se sientan los grumos del azúcar, en ese punto adicionamos las yemas de huevo sin dejar de batir, y de una en una para que no se corte la mezcla.

Una vez integradas las yemas comenzaremos a integrar la leche y la harina de trigo a la que le agregamos las gotas de chocolate y las galletas trituradas, esto lo haremos por parte y con la velocidad de la batidora al mínimo de ser posible. Ya que se hayan integrados todos los ingredientes es momento de adicionar las claras batidas con azúcar que tenemos reservadas, esto lo hacemos con movimientos envolventes (en este punto me di cuenta de que algo andaba mal, pero aún no caía en cuenta de que era, pues las galletas y el chocolate se fueron al fondo del tazón y eso no es normal).

Volcamos la mezcla en un molde para torta de medio kilo y llevamos al horno pre calentado a 180 °C por espacio de 45 a 60 minutos, o hasta que al introducir un palillo de madera este salga limpio y seco, les cuento que por el error de cálculo que tuve, esta estuvo en el horno casi dos horas, este es otro punto importante para tener en cuenta, como afecta un pequeño error todo el proceso.

Una vez completamente fría la torta procedemos a rellenar y decorar, para rellenarla utilice una ganache de chocolate, para lo que derretí a baño de maría 150 gr de chocolate de cobertura y 150 ml de crema de leche, al enfriarse le di un toque con la batidora para que duplicara el tamaño y lo utilice como relleno, simple pero delicioso. Para cubrir utilice 500 ml de crema montada a punto de chantillí con las 4 cucharadas de azúcar pulverizada, y le agregue el resto de las galletas bien trituradas para que no se tape la boquilla de la manga pastelera. Frio por unas 4 horas y a disfrutar.

Ya saben que lo mío NO es la decoración de pasteles, pero, ¿Verdad que me quedo chulo? No es la torta más hermosa, y aunque hubo un par de errores de cálculo, como ya lo dije quedo, realmente deliciosa, la crema batida con ese toque de galletas oreo, es una completa locura, si no la has probado, tienes que hacerlo.
