Este plato típico, espectacular por la combinación de los sabores, ya qué contiene diferentes ingredientes que lo hace apetitoso y llamativo, me trae recuerdos de mi adolescencia junto a mi familia.

Esté plato contiene caraotas muy bien sazonadas, con carne mechada con un sabor excelente, acompañado de arroz, huevo, tajadas, aguacate, la tradicional arepa que no puede faltar y ademas suero o crema de leche criolla y una buena rebanada de queso blanco, todo esto al comerlos van dándonos una experiencia de sabores que hablan de nuestra tierra Barquisimeto Lara.
This dish contains very well seasoned beans, with shredded meat with an excellent flavor, accompanied by rice, egg, slices, avocado, the traditional arepa that cannot be missing and also whey or Creole milk cream and a good slice of white cheese, all this when eating them they give us an experience of flavors that speak of our land Barquisimeto Lara.
Ésto me lleva a recordar a mis padre quien no llevaba de paseo y no podía faltar la ocasión de compartir un buen almuerzo, en esta oportunidad un almuerzo criollo en un restaurante de muestra querida Barquisimeto, esté restaurante tenía por nombré El Bigote, recuerdo que en su aviso de entrada era resaltado con una imagen pues de un bigote.
This leads me to remember my parents who did not take them for a walk and could not miss the opportunity to share a good lunch, this time a Creole lunch in a sample restaurant in Barquisimeto, this restaurant was called El Bigote, I remember that in his entry notice was highlighted with an image of a mustache.
Ya dentro del lugar, estaba decorado con madera y además habían Caney que es cómo chozas dónde estaban las mesas y el ambiente totalmente llanero, junto a la música de fondo muy agradable y aunque había otros platillos típicos, las personas incluyendo nos a nosotros íbamos para degustar El Pabellón criollo, que sabroso no solamente la comida sino las caras de mi familia sonriendo y disfrutando ésos momentos que quedan grabados en nuestro corazón gracias a este plato de comida autóctona de me ciudad.
Once inside the place, it was decorated with wood and they also had Caney, which is like huts where the tables were and the atmosphere was totally plain, along with very pleasant background music and although there were other typical dishes, people including us went to taste El Pabellón criollo, how tasty not only the food but the faces of my family smiling and enjoying those moments that remain engraved in our hearts thanks to this plate of native food from my city.
Me gustaría saber si aún esté restaurante existe ya que gracias a Dios mis padres aún viven y me gustaría recrear esté momento, no he podido averiguar ya que por motivos de la crisis económica de mi país aún no he podido reparar mi vehículo, pero si alguien de acá lee y logra saber si esté lugar aún existe hágamelo saber, lo único que recuerdo es que quedaba cerca del seguro social de la 50, gracias por su atención.

El pabellón es reconocido como uno de los platos típico de todos los venezolanos si de un almuerzo completo y fuerte se trata una manera de complacernos es pidiendo este menú tentador. Se muy rico gracias por compartir este reconocido plato con nosotros
