Bonding with Food

Let's share some love today! :)

Good day hive friends! How are you today?

I am not that really okay knowing that there are lots of things need to be done. Adding the nonsense information in our groupchat that I think it's not really related to us personnaly since I believe I am doing my work religiously and diligently. It added the "stress" of the readers where it should be done personally to the person involved of the situation so that those person will know the intensity of his action without telling the whole group of the situation that will fire up issues and chismis to the unknown person.

In general I am really grateful and happy today that my mother helped in preparing the food in our feeding program. Our coordinator gave us budget of 50 pesos per student. I have 10 students in my list so I received 500 pesos. I really don't know how to do it since I am not a cook. I just eat what's on the table or just eat at carenderia if the viand is repeated several times. I tried to ask permission to our canteen staff if it is okay if they can cook tje rice for my students but they refused.

I really push through the feeding today so that it will clear up my mind. I went to Gaisano Corodva to buy the meat in porkchop sliced and I add one meatloaf since the supply given was only one and I have 10 students. It was not enough for them.

I need some ingredients such as lemonsito, vinegar and soysauce (Patis in Bisaya) for marination purposes. We soaked it for 15 minutes and above since my mitjer fried first the meatloaf and followed by the porckcchop.

My mother cooked it all for my sake. She knows that I don't have the skills yet to do it on my own even if I told her that I should do it. Instead of cooking I just washed the dishes so that she can relax after. I want to share the photo of the packed dinner we prepared.

I'm glad that we had an opportunity with my students to ha ve a fellowship thru this feeding era. We had a short chitchat "Kumustahay" and gathering data about their classmates' behavior. Three were absent. So I ate one. I need to feed myself too. HAHAHAHAHA...

We distributed the remaining food to their classmates and to Ms Robs as their student teacher for this school year. It was a successful one! Knowing that you make an effort to really carried out this task given. The students were full also.

I'm not really in good shape this day. After the feeding, I tried to go to work but I'm not in the mood to do so. I thought I need stretching. So I followed in youtube a 30minute walk exercise. I'm relief a little bit. I felt that the oxygen is circulating in my body well.

To highlight today's happening. We had a Lac Seesion at 11am. After the Lac, I went home after purchasing all the necessary things for feeding and made it sure it's ready. I don't purchase bottled water for them because no more money left. (Na a ra'y hulog2 piso). It's my first time to exercise this day. Thanks to my ST.

Sharing is caring as the famous tagline in Lifestyles. I've heard it repeatedly. It's the application of that line happend just hours ago.

Thank you for reading. :)

I'm glad your mom helped with the food preparation, for school age kids it's important to be well fed for their school performance.
And of course, if everyone has already eaten, you deserve a snack too!

I agree! Thanks for dropping by. :)

Despite how bad you are feeling, that's great you still showed care and love for your students. Your presence is so much more for the students. Keep it up.

Also stray away from chismis and stress. Protect your peace.

Thank you for your kind words. :)

Yes, we just ignore the stressor. We know that being on top was not an easy task. We understand her that she was stressed too because of many problems of the school was facing plus the attitides of our colleagues who did nit accept the tasks given to them.

Nice pictures

Thank you! :)

My secret to keeping my peace and sanity is by ignoring all the groupchats I am in hahahaahahahahahahaha. The meal looks delicious btw😊
