Es una cafetería acogedora donde adicionalmente tu están y traen su café de Santa Cruz de Mora en Mérida.
Llegando al local nos encontramos con Alberto (📸 baristalberto ) , que es quien recibe a los clientes y también prepara un delicioso café.

Luego de preparar dos tazas de café, nos explicó que el arte latte era más técnica que buen pulso y nos mostró videos que ha compartido en sus redes sociales haciendo distintas figuras.
Nos comentó que tienen otra sede en Moltaban, pero al quedar en un centro comercial poco transitado decidieron mudarse a Chacao y este año abrieron esa sede.
El café que se consume en la tienda también lo podemos comprar en grano para llevar, me fijé que usan panela entre sus ingredientes, ahora me provoca ir por uno de esos paquetes.

La mejor decisión de ese día, fue mi capuchino acompañado de un alfajor bañado en chocolate oscuro aunque tienen varias opciones como raciones de torta, tortas gluten free, tiramisú y pastelitos con distintos rellenos.
Tenían una opción de alfajor cubierto de chocolate blanco, pero me resultó muy empalagoso así que te recomiendo el de chocolate oscuro para que percibas la combinación más equilibrada.
