My intention was to go to a bakery for breakfast, and I remembered a recommendation that a friend made me about Santa Gloria Coffee & Store. He told me: Choose anything from that place, and it will simply be the best you have ever tried.
With that recommendation, my expectations were very high, and it turned out to be totally right. In that place, everything is made with too much height. If you have a coffee with milk, it has a pistachio rim and the flavor is heavenly. Everything they offer is approved by their Chefs, they are specialists in manufacturing the best.
The place has a somewhat vintage style, the display cases and displays, everything is neat and shiny. The delicate smells despite having so many things, in general the vibe of the place is very relaxing because everyone is happy, they taste, eat at the place or order to go, everyone is happy.
A place where they offer our beloved "tequeños" on their menu, all of them in a good size, all filled, soft and crunchy at the same time, with a special sauce to accompany them. The cakes and croissants have many flavors, with delicate toppings of sliced almonds, creams, chocolates, etc. The pastries looked delicious, although that was the only thing I didn't try.
I must confess that it is not cheap at all. For my budget, it is a pleasure to be able to go again, but the whole experience, the flavors and the quality have already stayed in my mind, so I will have to consider a special budget to visit them again. They are located in C.C. Paseo Tipuro, which is the location I visited, although they are also located in Av. La Paz-Expo Hogar and in the C.C. Monagas Plaza, all in the state of Monagas-Venezuela.

Mi intención era ir a una panadería a desayunar, y recordé una recomendación que me hizo un amigo sobre Santa Gloria Coffe & Store, me dijo: Elije cualquier cosa en ese lugar, y será sencillamente la mejor que hayas probado.
Con esa recomendación mi expectativas estaban muy altas, y resultó ser totalmente acertado. En ese lugar todo está hecho con demasida altura, si tomas un café con leche, éste tiene un borde de pistachos y el sabor es a gloria. Cada cosa que ofrecen está aprobado por sus Chefs, son especialistas en manufacturar lo mejor.
El lugar tiene un estilo algo vintage, las vitrinas y exhibidores, todo esta pulcro y brillante. Los olores delicados a pesar de tener tantas cosas, en general la vibra del lugar es muy relajante porque todos van felices, degustan, comen en el lugar o lo piden para llevar, todo el mundo está feliz.
Un lugar donde nos ofrecen en su carta nuestros amados "tequeños" con un buen tamaño, todos rellenos, suaves y crocantes a la vez, con una salsa especial para acompañar. Los pasteles y croissants de muchos sabores, con delicados toppins de almendras fileteadas, cremas, chocolates,etc. La pastelería se veía deliciosa, aunque eso fue lo único que no probé.
Debo confesarles que no es nada económico, para mi economía es darme un gustazo poder ir nuevamente, pero ya ha quedado en mi mente toda la experiencia, los sabores y la calidad, así que tendré que contemplar un presupuesto especial para volver a visitarlos. Están ubicados en C.C. Paseo Tipuro, que es la sede que visité, aunque también están en Av. La Paz-Expo Hogar y en el C.C. Monagas Plaza, todos en el estado Monagas-Venezuela.
