Ghobi-aloo(cauliflower & Potato) recipe is an indian common recipe, almost prepared in every house. There are various way of making cauliflower, but as usual i always prefer to keep it easy and quickly. Cauliflower is winters vegetable, it gives more flavour and taste. When veggies get coated with indian spices and cooked it gives becomes aromatic and flavourful.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 Chopped Tomato.
• 1 Diced Pototo.
• 1 small Cauliflower.
• 3-4 Chopped Garlic.
• 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tbsp of Kasturi Methi.
• 3-4 tbsp of Oil.
• Salt to taste.
Process📃
Take the kadai, heat the oil, add cumins and asafoetida, wait untill it start getting crackling, now add the chopped garlic
At low flame, add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, saute it for a second. Now add the chopped tomato, cooked it untill Tomato get soft.
Now add the Cauliflower & Potato, and Kathuri methi. Mix it well, so that spices get well coated with Veggies
Cover it with led, at low flame, cook it untill veggies at soft.
Your ghobi aloo is ready to serve. Paired it up with partha or roti (indian Bread).
