Hara bhara kabab is an Indian starter, a green coloured tikki(kebab) or patties, with peas, as main ingredients. Kebabs are a popular snack in Asian countries, mainly in India especially lucknow city is famous for it gaulti kebab (made of meat). But nowadays there are huge varieties of kebab for vegans too. But since Iām a vegetarian this recipe is for vegetarian hara bhara kebab, where hara means green & bhara means full - of taste and Flavour. It's common and popular appetizers almost like by everyone, it is healthy and delicious too. It's colour makes it more tempting and yummy.

Ingredients š
ā¢ 2 tbsp of oil.
ā¢ 1 inch ginger.
ā¢ 2 Green chilli.
ā¢ 3-4 cloves garlic.
ā¢ 1 cup peas.
ā¢ 2 tbsp of gram Flour.
ā¢ Ā½ tsp cumin powder
ā¢ Ā½ tsp coriander powder
ā¢ Ā½ tsp garam masala
ā¢ Ā½ tsp chilli powder.
ā¢ 1 tsp aamchur.
ā¢ 1 tbsp of Corn flour.
ā¢ Salt to taste.
ā¢ oil for deeo frying.
Process š§āš³
Raise the pea two to three times, drain it water.
Grind the Pea, green chilli, garlic and Ginger, Make a smooth paste.
Take the kadai, heat the oil. Add the gram flour, Roast it at low flame untill it get reddish in colour and Aromatic.
In the same kadai, add the green peas paste
Now add now all the spices mentioned above one by one.
Now add corn flour to gives a crispy texture to it.
mix well forming a dough consistency.
Once it get cool, then take the small portion in your palam.
with a greased hand make a small ball-sized tikki.
Make ready all your kebab.
Heat the oil, put all your kebab at medium flame.
fry until the kabab turns golden brown and crispy.
finally enjoy hara bhara kabab with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
