It's homemade paneer(cootage cheese) I akways prefer to use homemade paneer as it healthy made up with pure full cream milk and free from harmful chemical.

1000341622.jpg

Cut the paneer into the cubes, keep it aside.

1000341713.jpg

Roast the tomatoes well on the stove to get the smokey Flavour in your recipe.

1000341717.jpg

When the tomato cools down, remove the top layer of it.

1000341721.jpg

You have to do the same with capsicum and roast it well on the stove from both the sides.

1000341705.jpg

Now your vegetables are ready to grind.

1000343545.jpg

Add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, capsicum, cashew nuts and almonds in grinding jar and grind it well all together.

1000341677.jpg

Now the kadai, heat the oil.

1000341681.jpg

Now put cumin seeds in it, wait untill it's start crackling.

1000341650.jpg

Now add the Kashmir mirch at low flame.

1000341630.jpg

Now the pour the masala into the Kadai, cook the gravy for 15 minute at kow flame. Also add the salt into it.

1000341634.jpg

Add the other indian spices mentioned above. Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.

1000341669.jpg

Add the milk. Continue to cook until the oil separates from the sides.

1000341638.jpg

Add the Kathuri methi for aromatic flavour.

1000341661.jpg

Add the panner cubes into it. Stir gently so that paneer doesn't breaks.

1000341665.jpg

Stir well, Cook the gravy for 2-4 minutes more.

1000341618.jpg

Garnish it with green Coriander leaves, serve the hot Smoky paneer gravy with Roti or Paratha or Pulao or Rice.

I can imagine how well it pairs with different types of bread. soft and warm breads would soak up the smoky gravy so perfectly. šŸ˜€
