Hello Friends, how are you all ?? Wishing you all happy and prosperous life ahead.

Whenever I have a craving to eat something in the mid might while Working or enjoying movies during Weekends and Luckily whenever i open my fridge, I find some leftover rice kept there. It's my favourite and quickest mid night recipe to refresh the Leftover rice with Less ingredients and make it tasty. Just the toast the rice with cumin seeds and coriander leaves and enjoy the aromatic and flavourful rice.

Ingredients 📃

• Left Over Boiled Rice.
• Cumin seeds.
• Pinch Of Asafoetida.
• 2 tbsp Oil.
• Salt to Taste.
• Green Chilli (Optional)
• Green Coriander Leaves.

Process 🧑‍🍳

Take a kadai,heat 1 tsp oil.

Splutter 1 tsp cumin seeds.

Add the Asafoetida.

now add the Leftover cooked rice.

finally, add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and enjoy jeera rice.
