Buenos días deseo estén bien.
Hoy quiero compartir cómo preparar una sopa deliciosa : huesos ahumados de res con verduras y frijol, hecha especialmente para mi soy amantes de la sopa.

Today I want to share how to prepare a delicious soup: smoked beef bones with vegetables and beans, made especially for my I am soup lovers.

Ingredientes:

1 kilo de huesos ahumados de res.
2 tazas de frijol.
1/2 kilo de yuca y de ocumo chino
1 zanahoria.
1 cebolla.
Cilantro.
1 pimentón.
1 cabeza de ajo.
Sal, color y cubitos maggy.
2 cucharadas de aceite

Ingredients:

1 kilo of smoked beef bones.
2 cups of beans.
1/2 kilo of yucca and Chinese octopus.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
Cilantro.
1 bell pepper.
1 head of garlic.
Salt, color and maggy cubes.
2 tablespoons oil

Preparación :
  • Lavar y picar en trozos la cebolla,el pimentón, los ajos y el culantro.
  • Lavar los frijoles con abundante agua y seleccionarlos.
  • Poner la sartén en la candela con aceite caliente a sofreír la cebolla, el pimentón, los ajos y el culantro.
  • Lavar los huesos ahumados de res, agregarlos en una olla de presión conjuntamente con los aliños sofritos, sal, color cubitos maggy, dejarlos una hora en la cocina.
  • Picar en trozos pequeños la verdura: la yuca, zanahoria y el ocumo chino.
  • Pasado la hora bajar de la candela la olla de presión . Colocar en una olla más grande las verduras picadas y la carne, dejar en la candela hasta que la verdura se afloje, si le hace falta sal o algún condimento agregarlo.
Preparation :
  • Wash and chop the onion, paprika, garlic and coriander.
  • Wash the beans with abundant water and select them.
  • Put the frying pan in the candle with hot oil to fry the onion, the paprika, the garlic and the coriander.
  • Wash the smoked beef bones, add them in a pressure cooker together with the sautéed seasonings, salt, color and maggy cubes, leave them in the stove for one hour.
  • Chop into small pieces the vegetables: yucca, carrot and Chinese octopus.
  • After one hour, take the pressure cooker off the stove. To place in a bigger pot the chopped vegetables and the meat, to leave in the candela until the vegetables are loosened, if it needs salt or some seasoning to add it.
