I didn't eat breakfast since I wasn't hungry at all, and I want my stomach to be empty before going there. We rode a jeep to downtown for 4-5 minutes and walked to the supermarket for 5-7 minutes to buy drinks. We even took a picture of a rainbow that we had seen while we were on our way to the baywalk. It rained a little, but it never stopped us from walking since we were really excited to try samgyeopsal.
After we got our food, the crew opened the gas stove and put a large pan at the top of it. We fry the slices of pork and try the kimchi while waiting for the pork to be cooked. It was so much fun cooking the pork, and looking at it makes me hungry. I was really excited to try it, and when we were done frying it, I grabbed the chopsticks, but then we laughed so hard because I don't even know how to use them. My ate told me to get a spoon, but I insisted because I wanted to learn how to use the chopsticks. I loved how the sauce tasted, and the side dishes were really good too. We fried another plate of pork and paired it with rice. The meat was juicy, and you will really love to try it with their sweet sauce. I had never tried it before, so I was really shocked by its taste. The atsara was so good that we even had to ask for another plate of it. The lettuce was fresh, and you can see that from its look.
We spent hours in the samgyeopsal. It's already 7 in the evening, but we're still enjoying our food, and what makes it best is that we heard a loud sound, and tadaaa fireworks!! I can't believe I'm eating at my dream samgyeopsal while enjoying the fireworks. We went home before 9. o'clock in the evening. I was really happy that day, and it was the most enjoyable food that ever happened in my life. From watching it on videos and trying it in real life, amazing, right?! Perhaps you might wonder how the food tastes, but I promise you, you will really love it. Thanks for reading this, guys; hope you enjoy it.
