Hello friends welcome to your Hive channel,Today I have come out with a brand new recipe, today we will make Hariyali Plao it is verytasty and can ready very quickly.

So let's start making Hariyali Pulao

1 - For which we have to prepare the green paste first. I put some Coriander which I have washed well. and Some green mint a piece of ginger and 8 to 10 garlic cloves.

2 - Now we have to grind all this well to make a fine paste.

3 - See, now our green paste is ready.

4 - Now let's start to make plau, first of all, put the cooker in the gas.

5 - Put some muster oill you can out the oil use often use And add some butter. As soon as it melted, I added some cumin seeds to it and more spices are Cinnamon Stick. A big cardamom, a little clove and Few curry leaves.

6 - As soon as it crackles, we put two finely chopped onions on it.

7 - By the time our onions turn brown, we prepare our curd paste.

8 - For which I have taken a bowl of curd and add, salt in it according to you taste and add turmeric powder We do not have to use more turmeric poweder as it Will give yellow look. And a little chili powder, garam masala and a little bit of biryani masala.

9 - Our onion which has been cooked well, now we will put our curd paste.

10 - And will leave it for a while and our spices curd will be cooked we will add green paste in it and let it cook well.

11 - then wait for the paste to cook and released the oil well now let us add our vegetables which are Nutrela badi.two potatoes that I cut into big chunks, A bowl of green peas.and a bowl of green beans

12 - Mix all these well with the spices so that the spices mix back with the vegetables.

13 - Now you will also add your rice in it. Mix well the rice and vegetables

14 - Do this so that our spices reach the vegetables properly.

15 - Now here we will put some water. We don't have to water too much now Use a little less water than what your rice takes

16 - and add little lemon. And add butter to it

16 - close the lid of the cooker and wait for three whistles in it

Now its ready enjoy the taste
