¡Hola, mis HiveersShudis! He estado totalmente desaparecida por cuestiones personales (En ralidad, es por la Universidad y mi carga emocional) Pero quiero conversar sobre un sitio chévere para las personas que son amante de los perros calientes. Primero, adoro conocer puestos de comida rápida porque me gusta saborear cualquier tipo de sabor agradable, segundo, amo mucho los perros calientes. Entonces, visité el CC Rodeo Plaza de la ciudad de Mérida, Venezuela, y sabía que en la feria de comida habría un sitio nuevo de venta de perros calientes, ese lugar se vuelve diferente porque la temática es preparar tu mismo tu perro caliente a tu gusto con los ingredientes del lugar (Ingredientes premium) El gran sabor provenía de la salchicha que escogí una especial, pero sinceramente, no recuerdo el nombre, pero habían de salchichas polacas a salchichas cotidianas. Tenían una gran variedad de ingredientes como: Cebolla caramelizada, Pepinillos, Queso fundido, salsa de tocineta con champiñones, ensalada de vegetales, etc. Además, contaba con bastantes salsas que le agregaría un circo de sabores llamativos. Decidí ponerle a mi perro caliente: cebolla caramelizada, ensalada de vegetales, pepinillos, queso, papas rayadas, y las salsas especiales como de maíz, mostaza con miel, mayonesa, queso parmesano, y demás que no recuerdo. ¡Estuvo, demasiado bueno! 10/10English version

I've been completely missing for personal reasons (Actually, it's because of the University and my emotional baggage) But I want to talk about a cool place for people who are hot dog lovers. First, I love visiting fast food stands because I like to taste any kind of nice flavor, second, I love hot dogs a lot. So, I visited CC Rodeo Plaza in the city of Merida, Venezuela, and I knew that at the food fair there would be a new place selling hot dogs, that place becomes different because the theme is to prepare your own hot dog to your liking with the ingredients of the place (Premium ingredients) The great flavor came from the sausage that I chose a special one, but honestly, I don't remember the name, but there were Polish sausages and everyday sausages. They had a great variety of toppings like: Caramelized onions, pickles, melted cheese, bacon and mushroom sauce, vegetable salad, etc. In addition, they had quite a few sauces that would add a circus of striking flavors. I decided to put on my hot dog: caramelized onions, vegetable salad, pickles, cheese, hash browns, and special sauces like corn, honey mustard, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and others that I don't remember. Tenía tiempo que no veía un local de ese tipo donde tú mismo preparas tu perro ¡ame total, se ve muy bueno! Y no te preocupes Saray, a veces nos desaparecemos, a veces volvemos, así es, la vida es complicada muchas veces, por eso toca tomarnos estos respiros comiendo algo delicioso de vez en cuando.
