I had to look it up, and in doing so I discovered a misspelling.
A Saltimbocca is basically a sandwich bread made from pizza dough, typically made in Naples. Our Saltimbocca is in fact only made in Naples with 100% Italian wheat flour and top-quality ingredients, it is shaped and baked in a stone oven.
So it is SaltIMobcca, not saltINbocca
