Bright lights, good vibes
As soon as I walked in, I was like, "Whoa, this place is poppin'!" Because, well, the four walls of it were painted with bright neon, artsy things that, in sum, gave them this amazing playfulness. It's like one of those places you know straight away are going to be enjoyable. Anything just screamed fun, from upbeat music to its cool and unique vibe. It’s not all uptight or overly fancy, just a great place to relax and eat to your heart’s content.
Now, the best part of the meal is, of course, the food. It's all you can eat Korean BBQ; they've got everything set up so you can cook your own meat right there at your table. I'm talking pork belly, marinated pork, beef—basically, all the good stuff. They bring it out fresh, and you get to grill it just the way you like. I love the sound of meat sizzling on the grill.
There is just something so satisfying about watching it cook and then biting into that juicy goodness. But one of the best things I like here are the sauces. They have a whole lineup of dips and seasonings. I kept switching between the sesame oil and this spicy sauce they had—it was so good I couldn't stop. Add in the banchan—those little Korean side dishes, like kimchi and pickled radish—and you've got one perfect combo. Oh, and they refill the sides, so go crazy with them.
Cooking and Chatting
What really made the night was just how interactive the whole place was. We were all around the grill, flipping meat, laughing, and basically having the time of our lives. Cooking your own food this way is such a fun way to eat. You're part of the process, and it makes everything taste better.
Plus, there is no time limit here. You can take your time grilling and eating and just enjoy the company of your friends or family. It's one of those meals that's more of an experience than just dinner.
Friendly Feels Galore
People working in Colorful Samgyupsal were very attentive. They would come and check, refill anything you need, and even help guide you on the grilling stuff. Still, it wasn't an intrusive type where you just feel that they were looming over your head; it's like, 'There you go; this is what we do for you in case you need them. Which, again, was very much appreciated by me.
The place itself is also comfortable. The chairs are comfortable, and the tables are far enough apart you're not bumping elbows with the next group in. It's perfect, whether you're there with a big squad or just a few people.

The thing is, Colorful Samgyupsal is just one of those places one must try. Whether you’re celebrating something, catching up with friends, or just really hungry and wanting good food, it's all here. It is not just about eating but a complete experience.
You will go out full, with a big smile, probably thinking of the next visit. So, if you ever are in Liloan, make sure to stop by. Believe me, you won't regret it.
